The research of assembly process design based on flexible automatic assembly process plays a critical role in improving the efficiency of aircraft assembly. it use the characteristics of flexible fixture reconfignrability to simplify assembly unit partition and make a kind of craft ideas apply to different assembly unit. Through wing assembly process research that obtains flexible automatic assembly assembly process can be versatile.
Systematic error and random error are main factors affecting the positioning of biorthogonal signal underwater positioning system. Based on the operation theory of USBL, this paper quantitatively analyzes a theoretical analysis and simulation calculations on influence of different error sources on the positioning accuracy and qualitatively analyzes the effectiveness of the towed linear array shape measurement method based on biorthogonal signal through practical experiments. By comparing the measurement effect after correction by using the measurement array with the measurement effect based on the linear array, the effectiveness of the method is verified.
Considering the actual requirement of voyage training simulation system, engineering method and component technology have been adopted on coach console system. The system functions, structures are introduced. The key technologies including map operation based on ArcGIS, communication between message driven coach control and visual simulation system, eagle eye technology have been discussed in this paper. Experiment indicates that the system which is practicable and can meet the requirements of real time, and shows a great value in popularization.
