This study aims to analyze the effect of convenience, information technology, security and taxpayer satisfaction on the effectiveness of the implementation of the case study e-filling tax system in Sunter Agung Village, North Jakarta City. Sample selection was done by using the Accidental Sampling method. The data in this study were collected from taxpayers who pay taxes and are registered as taxpayers in Sunter Agung Village, North Jakarta. The number of samples used were 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is multiple regression in SPSS ver. 22. The results of this study partially prove the ease of e-filling taxation has a positive and significant effect, tax information technology has a positive and significant effect, while tax security has no positive and significant effect. Taxpayer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of the implementation of the e-filling tax system.
The problem in this study is the effect of price, promotion and product quality on purchasing decisions at the Bogor Belibis Curly Noodle Culinary Business. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price, promotion and product quality on purchasing decisions of Belibis Curly Noodles. The sampling technique used accidental sampling so that a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. Methods of data collection using observation and questionnaires. The data that has been collected is then processed with data processing techniques used to test the validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques include t-test, coefficient of determination test, multiple linear regression test and f-test. From the results of the research hypothesis test, it was found that H1, H2, H3, H4 and H5 were accepted or in other words the price, promotion, and product quality variables had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. In addition, the hypothesis test regarding moderation also shows that product quality strengthens the effect of price and promotion on purchasing decisions.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of sales promotion and service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Dhiya Alia Firdaus (Dafira Tour & Travel). This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The population of this study were 134 consumers who had made a purchase at Dhiya Alia Firdaus (Dafira Tour & Travel). The sample of this study used the Slovin formula as many as 100 respondents. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, documentation, literature studies and observations that have been tested for validity and reliability. Analysis of the data used in this study is the method used is multiple linear regression test with data management using SPSS Version 26. The results show that: (1) Promotion significantly affects consumer satisfaction. which means that the promotion variable is partially proven to affect consumer satisfaction. (2) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. which means that the service quality variable is partially proven to affect consumer satisfaction. (3) Promotion and Service Quality have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, which means that promotion and service quality variables simultaneously affect consumer satisfaction.
The purpose of this research is to find out and explain the appropriate technique for processing coconut coir waste in order to produce a product of high economic value and environmentally friendly as well as the development of coco fiber products like what can be produced by SMEs in Keboncau through processing SME waste and strategies to meet foreign market demands. country (export) of derivative products from the coco fiber.This study uses an observational approach or observations and surveys and literature studies. The research was conducted in Keboncau District, Pandeglang, Banten. The location selection was done purposively with the consideration that Keboncau District, Pandeglang, Banten is a center for producing coconut coir waste and is included in the Integrated Agroindustrial Business Area (KUAT) program. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data collection techniques are obtained through an observation, accompanied by notes on the state or behavior of the target object. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative analysis. The time of the research was carried out in June 2020 to July 2020.Seeing the magnitude of this opportunity, the author took the initiative to provide a solution for processing coconut coir waste in the district of Keboncau, Pandeglang into a ready-to-export product through the use of technology for processing coconut coir waste. So that processed coconut fiber waste products such as door-mats and coir-mats can be exported to Korea and Malaysia to meet the demand for coconut-derived products from America, Australia and Qatar.
This research was conducted with the aim of empirically examining the effect of claims, premiums and bureaucracy on procedural accountability at the puskesmas in South Tangerang. The sample criteria that meet as many as 25 puskesmas, the type of research carried out is using primary data with the research object being BPJS users. The data collection was carried out by distributing research questionnaires directly to respondents by visiting the Puskesmas in South Tangerang City. The research method used in this study is the causal method. The researcher used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22 tools. The results showed that claims and bureaucracy had no effect on procedural, while premiums had an effect on procedural accountability.
