The use of educational entrepreneurship game apps as a medium for an online class for students to improve analytical skills regarding business processes. Learning that is only through gamification in game learning. This learning is carried out on a number of students who have the ability to play games well. There is also a desire to study business without using entrepreneurship textbooks as the object of this study. Game-based mobile apps development using entrepreneurial learning materials such as laundry and beverage sales is designed using the Design Thinking Process method. With a game prototype made according to the real market location and market potential which is quite profitable. Determination of initial capital is very important in this educational game to successfully play the game until the final level. (there are 5 trial levels). The results obtained from this gameplay show an increase in entrepreneurial analysis in students with the ability to answer post-test questions well with an average of 88.2 percent with an average game time of 42.8 minutes per level
This study aims to determine the relationship between hardiness and resilience in young entrepreneurs HIPMI’s members at Malang brach. This research hypothesizes that there is a relationship between hardiness and resilience in young entrepreneurs HIPMI’s members. The subjects of this research are 79 young entrepreneurs HIPMI’s members at Malang branch. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire consisting of two scales, namely the hardiness scale and the resilience scale. The hardiness scale consisting of 45 items was developed by Kobasa, (1979) then modified by Bartone, (1995) and adapted by the authors, namely the Dispositional Resilience Scale-45 (DRS-45) and the Resilience Quotient (RQ) consisting of 56 items were developed by Reivich and Shatte, (2002) and adapted by the authors. Analysis of research data to test the hypotesis using Pearson’s product-moment correlation resulted in a significant correlation coefficient between hardiness and resilience in young entrepreneurs HIPMI’s members and included a high with unidirectional category of 0.609 with a significance values of (p) less than 0.05. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara hardiness dengan resiliensi pada pengusaha muda anggota HIPMI cabang kota Malang. Hipotesis ada penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan positif antara hardiness dengan resiliensi pada pengusaha muda anggota HIPMI Cabang kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan 79 subjek yang tergabung dalam HIPMI cabang kota Malang dengan berbagai variasi usaha. Metode pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri dua skala penelitian yaitu Dispositional Resilience Scale dengan 26 aitem untuk mengukur Hardiness oleh Kobasa (1979) yang kemudian di modifikasi oleh Bartone (1989) dan Resilience Quotient (RQ) scale dengan 42 aitem untuk mengukur resiliensi yang disusun oleh Reivich and Shatte (2002). Analisis data penelitian untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan metode Pearson’s product moment correlation, hasilnya terdapat hubungan signifikan hardiness dengan resiliensi pada pengusaha muda anggota HIPMI cabang kota Malang dan termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dengan arah positif sebesar 0,609 dengan nilai signifikansi (p) kurang dari 0,05.
Depressive tendencies describe the extent to which a person experiences symptoms of depression. Depression is defined as a psychological condition in which a person experiences deep negative feelings. The onset of depression symptoms can be caused by several factors, one of which is environmental factors. Family can be an environmental factor that affects the psychological well-being of individuals. Families that do not carry out their roles well can be referred to as a dysfunctional family. Adolescence marks the transition from childhood to adulthood. During this period, individuals have a higher prevalence of depression. The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between family dysfunction and depressive tendencies among adolescents in Malang City. The research was conducted with a correlational quantitative approach. 114 subjects were recruited. Data were collected using the Family Assessment Device General Functioning Scale and the Depression Tendency Scale. The results showed that generally, respondents had moderate depressive tendencies, with a mean score of 94.64. Results related to family dysfunction showed a family mean score of 2.1498. This figure indicated that on average the families functioned poorly. This research revealed that there was a significant positive correlation between the two variables with r = 0.626, where the higher the level of family dysfunction, the greater the tendency for depression. Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of psychological capital on organizational commitment of employees of PT. Allianz Life Indonesia Insurance Malang City branch. The hypothesis of this research is that there is an influence of psychological capital on the organizational commitment of PT. Allianz Life Indonesia Insurance Malang City branch. The subjects of this study were 55 employees of PT. Allianz Life Indonesia Insurance Malang City branch. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire adapted from 2 scales, namely the psychological capital scale and the organizational commitment scale. The psychological capital scale consists of 21 items adapted by the researcher based on the psychological capital questionnare by Luthans and Avolio (2007), the organizational commitment scale consists of 22 items adapted by the researcher based on the Three-Component Model (TCM) Employee Commitment Survey by Meyer and Allen (1990). Analysis of research data for hypothesis testing using linear regression, the result is that there is an influence of psychological capital on the organizational commitment of PT. Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia Malang branch of 20.5% with a significance value (p) 0.011 <0.05. Of the four dimensions that have the greatest and most significant influence on organizational commitment is optimism. Analisis data penelitian untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier, hasilnya terdapat pengaruh psychological capital terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan PT. Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia cabang Kota Malang. sebesar 20,5% dengan nilai signifikansi (p) 0,011 < 0,05. Dari keempat dimensi yang memiliki pengaruh paling besar dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi adalah optimism. Abstract This study aimed to determine the effect of job satisfaction and job insecurity on the turnover intention of PT. X’s outsourcing employees. This research hypothesis is that job satisfaction and job insecurity affect the turnover intention of outsourcing employees of PT X. The subjects of this study are 54 PT. X’s outsourcing employees. The data collection method used in this study is a questionnaire consisting of 3 scales, namely job satisfaction scale, job insecurity scale and turnover intention scale. The job satisfaction scale consists of 16 items constructed by the researcher based on the job satisfaction aspect proposed by Luthans et al. (2021), the job insecurity scale consists of 10 items constructed by the researcher based on the job insecurity aspect proposed by Rowntree (2005), and the turnover intention scale consists of 10 items constructed by the researcher based on the turnover intention aspect proposed by Mobley (2011). The result of the analysis of research data for hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression is that there is a simultaneous and significant effect of job satisfaction and job insecurity on the turnover intention of PT. X’s outsourcing employees of 56.2% with a significance value of (p) <0.05. Skala kepuasan kerja terdiri dari 16 butir aitem yang dikonstruksikan oleh peneliti berdasarkan aspek kepuasan kerja yang dikemukakan oleh Luthans et al., (2021), skala job insecurity terdiri dari 10 butir aitem yang dikonstruksikan oleh peneliti berdasarkan aspek job insecurity yang dikemukakan oleh Rowntree (2005), dan skala turnover intention terdiri dari 10 butir aitem yang dikonstruksikan oleh peneliti berdasarkan aspek turnover intention yang dikemukakan oleh Mobley (2011). Analisis data penelitian untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier berganda, hasilnya terdapat pengaruh simultan dan signifikan kepuasan kerja dan job insecurity terhadap turnover intention karyawan outsourcing PT X sebesar 56,2% dengan nilai signifikansi (p) < 0,05.
