And Currently, the rise of chemical-based drinks that are not in accordance with human life standards is growing rapidly in Indonesia, along with the development of science and changes in lifestyle, people are becoming more selective and critical of food consumption. to support health. At this PKM we process Dawet Ice made from secang wood and cassava flour which has many health benefits. The PKM method used is environmental reinforcement, Dawet sappan ice processing and marketing strategy. The purpose of this PKM is to preserve local drinks so that they can still exist today. The promotion strategy through social media such as on Instagram, tiktok, through go food, shopee food, and so on will make it easier for us to promote it. Apart from that, we will also continue to innovate so that our products continue to exist and are not out of date. The conclusion is that in this millennial era, we must innovate and take advantage of social media to increase creativity so that products that look simple can have a high selling value, even though they are simple local products, they are still contemporary drinks.
Memasarkan suatu produk (product marketing) dengan efektif dan efisien menjadi salah satu hal terpenting agar tujuan perusahaan yang berkaitan dengan maksimalnya laba dapat dicapai. Product Marketing bisa dilakukan dengan melalui berbagai cara, yaitu mulai dari mouth to mouth hingga menggunakan teknologi canggih. Permasaran dengan cara yang lebih mudah pun bisa dilakukan dengan melalui sosial media, what’s app, instagram, market place dan lain sebagainnya yang sangat banyak digunakan orang saat ini, karena dianggap lebih efektif dan efisisen dalam menjangkau konsumen. Permasalahan dan sering dialami oleh seorang wirausaha UMKM yang paling mendasar adalah mind setmereka tentang konsep dari marketing dan product marketing itu sendiri. Mereka berasumsi bahwa, marketing adalah berjualan, padahal konsepmarketing tidak sebatas dalam berjualan atau bahkan hanya mencari pembeli saja, namun konsep dari marketing bisa luas dengan strategi product, price, pemilihan lokasi, dsb. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah membantu para generasi muda yang tergabung dalam kelompok pencinta alam untuk lebih mengenal bagaimana cara memasarkan lilin aroma terapi agar lebih mengena atau tepat sasaran dalam menjaring konsumen dan menghasilkan produk dengan memanfaatkan bahan alami serta packaging yang menarik. Tahapan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan: (1). Persiapan yang terdiri dari menyiapkan sumber-sumber informasi mengenai manfaat dari lilin aromatheraphy bagi kesehatan, alat dan bahan yang diperlukan, cara membuat lilin dan membuat akun penjual pada e-commerce.(2). Penjajakan yang dilakukan oleh tim kepada ketua RT setempat untuk meminta izin kegiatan sekaligus berdiskusi singkat dengan para remaja yang menjadi mitra dan sasaran target kegiatan. (3). Pelaksanaan, berupa pemberian informasi dan diskusi yang dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan pembuatan lilin aromatherapy hingga pengemasan, kemudian tutorial membuat akun penjual pada e-commerce. (4). Evaluasi dengan memantau produk yang dihasilkan oleh peserta secara mandiri, pemakaian bahan baku, pembuatan, dan pengemasan.

In terms of income, there is new income for residents of service A and this is very helpful for residents who do not have jobs because they are affected by Covid-19. The method in this service is by way of counseling and training. Second, designing product packaging in order to increase prices and third, exposure on marketing methods both online and offline. The result of this entrepreneurship counseling is that the traders are very enthusiastic. The formation of a new group of entrepreneurs on a small scale is expected to increase in the future. Citizens also gain insight into better marketing. The conclusion from this activity is that there is an increase in the income of local residents.
Micro and macroeconomic fundamentals can affect the company's stock price. This is the background of this research. The objective is to analyze the microeconomic fundamentals, which consist of ROA, EPS, DER and macroeconomic fundamentals, namely inflation, Exchange and BI Rate against stock prices. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with a population of 13 companies listed on the Stock Exchange and have met the sample criteria. Data in the form of banking financial reports for 2015-2019 and other data were obtained from Bank Indonesia, the Central Bureau of Statistics, and the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The results of the f test conclude that the micro and macroeconomic variables have a significant effect. The results of the t-test are only the ROA, DER and BI-Rate variables which are significant while the EPS, inflation, and exchange rate variables are not significant. The conclusion of this research for investors can consider ROA and DER variables as a measure of company performance. The BI Rate variable can be taken into consideration in determining investment strategies. An increase or decrease in interest rates greatly affects the economic condition of a country. For companies, analysis of microeconomic and macroeconomic factors is important in determining policy.
