Memasarkan suatu produk (product marketing) dengan efektif dan efisien menjadi salah satu hal terpenting agar tujuan perusahaan yang berkaitan dengan maksimalnya laba dapat dicapai. Product Marketing bisa dilakukan dengan melalui berbagai cara, yaitu mulai dari mouth to mouth hingga menggunakan teknologi canggih. Permasaran dengan cara yang lebih mudah pun bisa dilakukan dengan melalui sosial media, what’s app, instagram, market place dan lain sebagainnya yang sangat banyak digunakan orang saat ini, karena dianggap lebih efektif dan efisisen dalam menjangkau konsumen. Permasalahan dan sering dialami oleh seorang wirausaha UMKM yang paling mendasar adalah mind setmereka tentang konsep dari marketing dan product marketing itu sendiri. Mereka berasumsi bahwa, marketing adalah berjualan, padahal konsepmarketing tidak sebatas dalam berjualan atau bahkan hanya mencari pembeli saja, namun konsep dari marketing bisa luas dengan strategi product, price, pemilihan lokasi, dsb. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah membantu para generasi muda yang tergabung dalam kelompok pencinta alam untuk lebih mengenal bagaimana cara memasarkan lilin aroma terapi agar lebih mengena atau tepat sasaran dalam menjaring konsumen dan menghasilkan produk dengan memanfaatkan bahan alami serta packaging yang menarik. Tahapan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan: (1). Persiapan yang terdiri dari menyiapkan sumber-sumber informasi mengenai manfaat dari lilin aromatheraphy bagi kesehatan, alat dan bahan yang diperlukan, cara membuat lilin dan membuat akun penjual pada e-commerce.(2). Penjajakan yang dilakukan oleh tim kepada ketua RT setempat untuk meminta izin kegiatan sekaligus berdiskusi singkat dengan para remaja yang menjadi mitra dan sasaran target kegiatan. (3). Pelaksanaan, berupa pemberian informasi dan diskusi yang dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan pembuatan lilin aromatherapy hingga pengemasan, kemudian tutorial membuat akun penjual pada e-commerce. (4). Evaluasi dengan memantau produk yang dihasilkan oleh peserta secara mandiri, pemakaian bahan baku, pembuatan, dan pengemasan.
This Community Service is about Entrepreneurship Counseling About Family Business to the Women's Association of Rt. 12 Banjarmasin City. The problem faced by the residents of Kelayan A is that during the current pandemic, some residents have experienced layoffs and decreased income. The purpose of holding this entrepreneurship counseling is to help residents in dealing with these problems. As for how to diversify Haruan fish into shreds. The advantage of processing the product in the form of shredded fish is that the product can be more resistant. In terms of income, there is new income for residents of service A and this is very helpful for residents who do not have jobs because they are affected by Covid-19. The method in this service is by way of counseling and training. The first thing that was done was counseling about entrepreneurship and how to make haruan fish floss so that it could provide added value. Second, designing product packaging in order to increase prices and third, exposure on marketing methods both online and offline. The result of this entrepreneurship counseling is that the traders are very enthusiastic. The formation of a new group of entrepreneurs on a small scale is expected to increase in the future. Citizens also gain insight into better marketing. The conclusion from this activity is that there is an increase in the income of local residents.
This study focus to analyze how much influence local regulations have on the prohibition of the use plastic bags in retail companies in the Banjarmasin city. The method used is quantitative method with explanatory research type. The sample in this study used the purposive sampling technique. The sample amounted in this study is 100 modern/retail shops in the city of Banjarmasin. Then the data is processed using the SmartPLS computer program. Mayor Regulation (Perwali) Banjarmasin Number 18 of 2016 regarding or regarding Reduction in Using Plastic Bags, both from the consumer side and from the modern retail store. The results of this study indicate that the Banjarmasin City Regulation (X) has a significant effect on the Use Plastic Bags (Y), especially in modern/retail stores, it has been implemented well and can be accepted by consumers.
The purpose of this study is to analyze how much influence the relocation of the State Capital has on Investment in Tabalong Regency, South Kalimantan. This study uses a quantitative method with the type of explanatory research. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this research is 100 people who have assets or investments from 2019 to 2022 in Tabalong Regency. Then the data is processed using the SmartPLS computer program. The relocation of the National Capital (X) has a significant effect on investment in Tabalong Regency (Y). This study concludes that the relocation of the National Capital from Jakarta to East Kalimantan has also affected investment in other provinces in the vicinity, one of which is Tabalong Regency which is 217 km from the Capital City State, one of the investments that are of great interest to the people in the Tabalong Regency area is Real Assets. Tabalong Regency as a buffer for the National Capital also participates in preparing facilities, infrastructure as the gateway for the Kalimantan region to the National Capital.
