This research aims to explain about the system of single track queue models and to know the measure of service performance on removal of pension funds Asabri in PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Branch Manokwari. The types of this research is descriptive quantitative.Analytical method that used is a single track queue models that means only one and stage of service that should be passed by recipient of pension funds in the service. The result of this research used of system single track queue up models that shown the characteristic of queuing by average queue system (Ls) 15 people. The average in queuing (Lq) 14,0625 people while the opportunity of people in system (Po) as much as 6,25%. The average is waiting in the queue (Wq) of 0,46875 minutes or 30 seconds, 93,75% busyness level in the calculation of performance queuing system in this research is still optimal in reference with the predefined service standars.
Construction project activities certainly involve a lot of human resource. The scope of work large and complex projects requires the ability of project managers to manage them well. The quality of project managers has an important role to smooth a construction project. Dedication in this profession requires the project manager to carry out the work goes according to plan. This study aims to determine whether the quality of project managers affect the performance of construction project in Southern Manokwari Regency (case study contactor in Ransiki District). This study uses a sample of 40 contractors flying at the Gapensi association of South Manokwari Regency. Method of data analysis is used in this research are simple regression analysis , t test and r square. The results of this study indicate that the quality of project managers affect the performance of construction projects in South Manokwari Regency. The results of data processing on the test coefficient of determination variable quality project manager is equal to 0.217 or 21,7%, t test results show that the variable quality of project managers affect the performance this is evindenced by the results of t test show significance value smaller than 0,05 ( 0,001 < 0,05) so the results of research indicate the variable of project manager quality influence to construction project performance in South Manokwari Regency.
Local Government Budget (Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah/APBD) of West Papua Province in the last decade has continued to increase. However, the percentage of poor people in West Papua Province is still in the 2nd lowest rank in the same period. This study aims to examine the effect of spending on education and health on the quality of human resources in West Papua. The data used is panel data from 12 districts and 1 city in West Papua Province from 2014-2019. Multiple regression model with fixed effect at district/city level was used to estimate data. The results of the analysis show that education and health sector spending has a positive impact on improving the quality of human resources as measured by human development index (HDI). Variable GRDP per capita shows a positive contribution to the increase in HDI. PAD per capita did not significantly contribute to the increase in HDI. Meanwhile, the variable percentage of poor people (P0) shows a negative and significant contribution to HDI.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) Region of Papua and West Papua Manokwari Area. This research is an associative study using quantitative data. Data sources include primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were all employees of PT PLN (Persero) in the Papua and West Papua Areas of the Manokwari Area. The sampling method uses simple random sampling with the number of respondents 67 employees. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression. The results showed that, both partially (t test) and simultaneously (F test), leadership style and organizational culture had a significant effect on employee performance. Adjusted R Square value of 0.495 shows that 49.5% of the variation in the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) in the Papua and West Papua Areas of Manokwari is influenced by leadership style and organizational culture.
In construction project work, constraints usually occur on the project work, both constraints that have already been taken into account and constraints that are beyond the calculation of the planner. These obstacles are the cause of the delay in the completion of the project, so that the project does not take place according to plan. The object of research on the PT. Jabez Perkasa Project Team in Manokwari Regency, West Papua Province by means of distributing questionnaires. Determination of the delay rating at ten (10) factors is based on the acquisition of the highest RI value (Relative Index) and the data analysis technique used to find the most influential subfactor on each factor using Factor Analysis. The results of the study using the Relative Index (RI) that the factors that most influence the delay in the implementation of the building construction project work carried out are material factors with the RI value of 0.876. The most influential subfactors on ten factors of delay based on factor analysis are subfactors of inadequate number of workers, subfactor delays in availability of materials, subfactor damage to equipment, subfactors on surface and subsurface conditions, subfactors for late payment of salaries to employees, subfactors of prolonged rainfall intensity, subfactor changes in working time by the contractor, subfactor changes in the scope of work at the time of implementation, subfactor determination of the duration of work that is not careful, subfactor processes and procedures for evaluating the progress of the old work and through the agreed schedule.
