This study aims to determine whether work stress and workload partially and simultaneously influence the performance of employees of the Industry and Trade Office of Cooperatives and SMEs in Manokwari Regency. The type of research used is associative research with quantitative methods. This study uses saturated samples with a total sample of 49 employees. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression, F test and t test. The results of this study indicate partially that work stress does not affect performance. The results of the t test on the workload affect the performance. Simultaneously shows that work stress and workload simultaneously have a significant effect on performance.
Pada saat ini PT. Berkat Esa Mining merencanakan akan melakukan investasi proyek di bidang pertambangan batu mangan yang ditargetkan beroperasi pada tahun 2018 ini. Perhitungan biaya investasi adalah meliputi  dana yang dikeluarkan oleh  PT. Berkat Esa Mining sebagai akibat realisasi kegiatan dalam biaya konstruksi infrastruktur baru, pembelian atau pengadaan peralatan, dan lain-lain sampai kegiatan proyek penambangan batu mangan tersebut siap dilakukan. Kriteria penilaian finansial merupakan alat bantu bagi manajemen untuk membandingkan dan memilih alternatif investasi yang akan dilakukan. Ada beberapa macam kriteria penilaian finansial yang dianggap baku, yang mana diantaranya memperhitungkan konsep ekuivalen seperti Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR). Sedangkan kriteria penilaian yang tidak memperhitungkan konsep ekuivalen yang digunakan adalah metode periode pengembalian (Payback Period). Berdasarkan analisis aliran kas dan analisis sensitifitas yang telah dilakukan, besarnya nilai IRR yang lebih besar dari discounted factor yang menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan penambangan ini dapat mendapatkan keuntungan sebesar 104,35 %  dari margin biaya keseluruhan kegiatan penambangan. Selain itu, nilai Payback period sebesar 1 tahun 2 bulan juga menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan penambangan ini, modalnya akan kembali pada tahun kedua kegiatan penambangan.Â
This study aims to determine and explain the impact of education mismatch on the performance of BPR Sinar Mulia employees. This type of research is a qualitative research. The data analysis method that will be used in this research is descriptive research method. In this study, education mismatch is not a factor that hinders a person's performance. However, it takes a harder effort for employees with education mismatches to be able to adapt to their work and work environment, besides that one's education also determines the boundaries of employee career paths.
This study aims to determine whether the workload, compensation and partial and simultaneous work environment of employee work discipline at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Manokwari Branch Office. This type of research is associative quantitative research. The sample used in this study was 53 respondents with a sampling technique using Nonprobability Sampling. Data collection uses observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of this study prove that work is significant for employee work discipline, significant compensation for employee work discipline, and work environment significantly affects employee work discipline. Simultaneously the workload, compensation and work environment are significant for employee work discipline.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) Region of Papua and West Papua Manokwari Area. This research is an associative study using quantitative data. Data sources include primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were all employees of PT PLN (Persero) in the Papua and West Papua Areas of the Manokwari Area. The sampling method uses simple random sampling with the number of respondents 67 employees. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression. The results showed that, both partially (t test) and simultaneously (F test), leadership style and organizational culture had a significant effect on employee performance. Adjusted R Square value of 0.495 shows that 49.5% of the variation in the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) in the Papua and West Papua Areas of Manokwari is influenced by leadership style and organizational culture.
