This study aims to determine whether work stress and workload partially and simultaneously influence the performance of employees of the Industry and Trade Office of Cooperatives and SMEs in Manokwari Regency.
The type of research used is associative research with quantitative methods. This study uses saturated samples with a total sample of 49 employees. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression, F test and t test. The results of this study indicate partially that work stress does not affect performance.
The results of the t test on the workload affect the performance. Simultaneously shows that work stress and workload simultaneously have a significant effect on performance.
The aim of the research is to determine the role of Papuan women in raising family income in the traditional market. This research was conducted in traditional markets in West Papua Province with 100 Papuan women as the object of the research. The data was collected using a depth interview and direct observation in some social economic activities at the sites. Afterward, the data were analyzed using qualitative methods with case study approach outlined thematically. The result of the research has shown that the role of Papuan women as traders is extremely crucial in raising the level of family income. Their involvement in economic activities in an informal sector (trading) is largely motivated by family economic necessities, wanting to help their husband, paying children's tuition, a limited and inconsistent employment and income of their husband, the number of dependents in the family, and a limited level of education and skill.
Purpose of this research is toidentify the influence between the variable for Marketing Mix (X1), and Service Quality (X2) affect in Purchase (Y) in Calais Artisan Bubble Tea & Coffee Manokwari. The accuration method whice use are purposive sampling method. The number of samples studied were 100 respondents who are consumers of Calais Artisan Bubble Tea & Coffee Manokwari. Based on the results of the study concluded that the multiple linear regresions equation for the effect of marketing mix and service quality on purchasing decisions Y=1,794+0,125X1+0,429X2. Marketing mix in fluence the purchasing decisions based on thitung (4,908) > ttabel (1,988). While simultaneously marketing mix and service quality significantly influence the purchasing decisions because the value of fhitung (98,154) > ftabel (3,09) and determinant coefficient (R Square) is 0,669.
This research was aimed to analysis risk base bank rating using RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning, and Capital ) method in Bank of Public Company 2013-2017.
This research was a comparative research. The analyzer was used in this research is RGEC method. Risk Profile was assessed by, credit risk, market risk, and liquidity risk. Good Corporate Governance was assessed by self assessment of bank report. Earning was assessed by, i.e ROA, ROE, NIM, and BOPO. And for capital was assessed by CAR.
The results of the study that PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk obtains the highest average weighted Composite Rating, which is 94.67%., PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk came in second place at 87.11%. and PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk obtains the lowest weighted Composite Rating weight of 85.78%. However, overall the three State-Owned Banks are still rated very healthy. However, it is hoped that further researchers will be able to take on more banks to provide a broader picture.
