The article describes the features of creating formal transport and pedestrian flows models for the simulation model of the road network section formed by the intersection of Aviatsionnaya and Pekhotnaya Streets in the Pokrovskoe-Streshnevo district of the North-West of Moscow (RU). The aim of the study is to create a comfortable and safe environment by building a simulation model for the implementation of different scenarios of street section transformation. Application of the structural analysis method allowed us to identify all objects and subjects, and the relations between them in the implementation of transport and pedestrian processes.
The study develops a method for monitoring and management of the quality of educational programs using software instruments. The method describes each of the monitoring implementation stages in detail specifying the input and output data, as well as the controls that affect the time and quality of the implementation of the corresponding stage. Algorithm programs in the form of flowcharts reflecting all the content aspects are developed and formalized for the automatization of monitoring. The presented algorithm models allow implementing the program complex of the system for monitoring and management of the quality of educational programs using the modern object-oriented design and programming environments. The goal of the study is to develop a model of algorithms for the organization of monitoring and managing the quality of educational programs, which allow reducing the time costs of these processes while increasing the objectivity of quality assessment. The obtained results are intended for the audit of educational services, public control over the implementation of educational activities, accreditation of directions of training, or licensing of educational organizations. The developed algorithms provide for evaluating the content of each stage of the audit of an educational program, generate a list of notes ranked by importance, and ensure the rational allocation of resources for the implementation of each stage of the educational process.
The goal of the study is to restructure society’s attitude toward the needs of the elderly. The article addresses the methodology of state social policy and possible innovations in funding and economic methods for public administration in the healthcare system for seniors. The novelty of the work is ensured by the concept of managed older age and a start-up proposal to create the State Direct Investment Fund “Senior Generation” functioning as an entity responsible for the development of the organizational foundations for gerontology and geriatrics services. The practical significance of the study lies in the optimization of the modern management model of care for the older generation and a philosophical study of age as a potential in management in both individual and societal regards. This strategy can serve as a basis for public administration of the healthcare system for the elderly accounting for the diversity of seniors as a social stratum.
The article describes project of the information system to control the teaching of Russian sign language. The aim of the conducted study is to consolidate existing algorithms and software tools to ensure the integrity, and objectivity in the implementation of professional training of specialists in the field of Russian sign language. The authors conducted a study of specialized sources in order to highlight the features of the subject area for the implementation of design processes. With the employment of structural analysis methods, a formal data model is obtained that describes the concept of a database that provides data storage and processing necessary for the full-scale operation of the information system. Using a combination of methods of structural analysis and object-oriented design, a model of the process of user interaction with the designed information system is obtained. The advantage of such a model is the selection of data objects necessary for the implementation of each stage of the process, as well as the objects obtained and available after their execution. All users of the system are classified according to the principle of data availability. The results obtained at the project stage in the future are the basis for the development of the corresponding software product.
The article highlights and justifies the input parameters for the simulation model of an intersection. The purpose of building the model is to predict and evaluate the results for reducing traffic and pedestrian downtime. The object of the study is an intersection located in the Pokrovskoe-Streshnevo area of the Northwest District of Moscow (55°49'35.9 "N37°27'08.0 "E). The authors structured and analyzed traffic flows passing through the intersection. The frequency of public transport, the location of nearby stops of such transport, and the phases of traffic lights were determined. Also, the parameters for the simulation scenarios are defined.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
