Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tingkat kesesuaian pelaksanaan, pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran IPS pada SDIT Al-Utsmaniyah Citeureup Kabupaten Bogor dengan standar proses pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian evaluasi. Model evaluasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model stake dalam membandingkan kesesuaian antara pelaksanaan integrasi pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran IPS pada SDIT Al-Utsmaniyah Citeureup Kabupaten Bogor dengan standar proses pendidikan sebagai kriteria standar untuk menilai keberhasilan pelaksanaan integrasi pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran IPS. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dokumentasi dan observasi. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah peserta didik SDIT Al-Utsmaniyah Citeureup Kabupaten Bogor yang telah mengintegrasikan pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran IPS. Subjek penelitian adalah guru IPS dan peserta didik yang diambil secara purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data dengan teknik statistik deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran realitas tentang pelaksanaan program pembelajaran IPS yang mengintegrasikan karakter di SDIT Al- Utsmaniyah Citeureup Kabupaten Bogor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesesuaian antara pelaksanaan program pembelajaran IPS pada SDIT Al-Utsmaniyah Citeureup Kabupaten Bogor dengan standar proses pendidikan adalah proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran menunjukkan skor rerata 2,62 sehingga berada pada kategori baik.
Character education is a proactive effort by formal, informal, and non-formal institutions. It is one of the solutions to overcome moral decline especially among teenagers (students). It is closely related to education in schools as a formal institution. Schools play an important role as a vehicle to strengthen the nation's character. This study aims to find and describe character education SDIT Al-Utsmaniyah. The method of this study is qualitative ethnography. The results showed that character education programs are designed through school intra-curricular and extracurricular programs. Curriculum used is the curriculum Kemendiknas combined with the curriculum Kemenag and special curriculum SDIT AlUtsmaniyah. School stakeholders play an important role in fostering the character values of SDIT Al-Utsmaniyah students. It can be seen that in applying the character education program, schools involved not only teachers but also all foundations, committees, education personnel, parents and the surrounding community. Pendidikan karakter merupakan salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi kemerosotan moral khususnya kemerosotan moral di kalangan remaja (peserta didik). Pendidikan karakter berkaitan erat dengan pendidikan di sekolah sebagai lembaga formal. Sekolah berperan penting sebagai wahana memperteguh karakter bangsa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan pendidikan karakter SDIT Al-Utsmaniyah. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif etnografi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pendidikan karakter dirancang melalui program intrakurikuler dan ekstrakurikuler sekolah. Kurikulum yang digunakan yaitu kurikulum dari Kemendiknas yang dipadukan dengan kurikulum Kemenag dan kurikulum khusus SDIT Al-Utsmaniyah. Stakeholder sekolah berperan penting dalam menumbuhkan nilai-nilai karakter pada peserta didik SDIT Al-Utsmaniyah. Hal ini dapat dilihat bahwa dalam menerapkan program pendidikan karakter sekolah tidak hanya melibatkan guru tetapi melibatkan seluruh yayasan, komite, tenaga kependidikan, orang tua serta masyarakat sekitar. Pasir Angin village is one of the villages targeted to eradicate illiteracy to improve Literacy Rate (AMH) Kab. Bogor. Some of the causes of high illiteracy rates in the village of Pasir Angin are due to inaccessible education services, high cost, and low level of awareness and motivation for the citizens. The integrated tutorial-based illiteracy eradication program is one of the alternative solutions for dealing with illiterate people in Pasir Angin Village. The implementation model of integrated illiteracy eradication based on integrated tutorial is the implementation of learning based on the integration between functional literacy education and family assistance. This means that after the residents learn to follow the learning along with the tutor then when the residents learn to go home the family contribute to participate mentoring. The illiteracy eradication program in Desa Pasir Angin was conducted for 12 July -19 August 2017 at four different locations is Kp. Pasir Angin, Kp. Cikatapis, Kp. Cikatapis Wetan, and Kp. Setu with the number of participants as 91 residents. The results obtained are on the ability to read as many as 20 residents are in good category, 31 middle class citizens, and 40 people less category. Meanwhile, from the aspect of writing ability as many as 16 people in the good category, 26 middle class citizens, and 47 people less category. As for the ability to count as many as 23 residents in either category, 35 middle class citizens, and 33 people less category.
