The percentage of human resources (HR) in construction that has a certificate of skilled labour is moderately low, which is less than 6% of the total human resources in the construction sector in Indonesia. The certificate can describe the ability, expertise, and competence of the certificate owner. Human resources’’ quality have an influence on project productivity so that project success can be achieved. Construction Management has an important role as an HR manager who will work on the project including HR who works as a supervisor of construction activities on the project. The purpose of this study is to determine the dominant factors affecting the performance quality of the Management Construction HR on supervising high rise building construction. This study uses quantitative methods with factor analysis. Collected data are primary data from Management Construction HR which collected from questionnaire. The results from this study are five factors that affect the quality of HR performance. Based on the five factors, the most important factor is technical skills factor.
This study aims to analyze the results of peer evaluation by assessing students' ability to compile and analyze objective questions. The method in this study is the descriptive method. The study is conducted in Building Engineering Education Study Program Universitas Negeri Jakarta in the Evaluation Learning course. Each student is assessed by other students in the same group. The assessment is conducted when the student presents their compile and analyze objective questions task. The instrument in this study is an analytical rubric used when conducting peer assessment. The total respondent is 55 students who took the Evaluation Learning course. The analysis data technology used is Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The results showed that the measurement was declared valid (<0.7) and reliable (CR = 0.96). Based on the results of the calculation of Discriminant Validity (AVE), it can be seen that the peer assessment measurement has an AVE value of 0.929, which is quite high. The result of peer assessment of students' critical thinking skills showed a lower category. It can be understood that at the time of peer assessment there are many influencing factors such as lack of experience of students in conducting peer assessments, online assessments, lack of concentration, time, and lack of understanding of the rubric content and misconceptions.
The goal of this study was to create an analytic rubric to evaluate students' abilities in compiling objective test assessments. This development research employs the Plomp development model, which is divided into five phases: (1) initial investigation, (2) design, (3) realization, (4) evaluation and revision, and (5) development. Instrumental trials were included in the Learning Evaluation course. This study's sample size is 115 students. The validity results show a measured value greater than 0.3, indicating that the instrument is valid. The correlation value between the criteria measured is greater than 0.5, indicating that all of the criteria measured can be factored by including all items, according to Kaiser Meyer Olkin's (KMO) 0.834 and Bartlett's anti-image correlation with a significance of 0.000. The seven criteria measured yielded two factors, according to exploratory factor analysis. Each criterion has a loading factor value greater than 0.3. The Alpha-Cronbach reliability test yielded a value of 0.800, and the instrument was declared reliable. The conclusion demonstrates that the analytic rubric for assessing performance ability in compiling objective questions is valid, reliable, and practical.
The purpose of this study is to analyse the competency of the surveyor in civil engineering based on Indonesian National Work Competency Standards. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with content analysis design. This research was conducted in three Vocational High Schools (VHS) construction and property engineering expertise programs in Jakarta. The results showed there were 28 competencies of the measurers with the content of knowledge, skills and work attitudes based on the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards.
