Wanita memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam keluarga. Salah satu peran tersebut nampak melalui pengelolaan keuangan keluarga yang baik. Banyak wanita yang terjun secara langsung sebagai wirausaha untuk meningkatkan pendapatan keluarganya agar mampu bertahan dalam ketidakpastian yang tinggi. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini agar ibu-ibu pelaku UMKM sebagai wanita wirausaha mampu mengenal karakter seorang wirausaha, meningkatkan kapasitas dirinya serta memiliki strategi yang baik dalam menjaga keberlangsungan usahanya. Pelatihan ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Banda, Pulau Banda Neira Maluku Tengah dengan melibatkan beberapa wanita wirausaha lokal. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukan bahwa Peserta memiliki karakter sebagai wirausaha, peserta telah memiliki pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang apa saja jenis usaha rumahan yang dapat dikembangkan berdasarkan minat serta potensi disekitar mereka. Serta memiliki kesadaran yang baik pentingnya kerjasama dalam membangun usaha bersama melalui kolaborasi bersama dan berani membuka diri untuk mengembangkan usahanya memasuki dunia digital.
Covid-19 globally has affected all sectors, and the lock down has aggravated world economic conditions, including Maluku Province. The research objectives are (1) to describe the sectors affected by the Covid-19 pandemic in terms of economic growth; (2) Describe the impact of covid-19 on the workforce; (3) Knowing the policies carried out by local governments in handling the socio-economic impacts of Covid-19; (4) Formulating a strategy for economic recovery from the impact of covid-19 and entering the new normal era. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, from the data published by competent government agencies. The results showed (1) out of 17 sectors, there were 13 sectors that experienced a contraction in economic growth, showing that the initial impact of Covid-19 in Jakarta had contributed to the economic contraction in Maluku in tw 1 and tw-2, economic growth declined due to PSBB in the city. Ambon.(2) the number of unemployed increases with the number of layoffs and workers who are laid off. (3) Regional government policies are very maximal in terminating the chain of transmission but have not been able to reduce the level of spread, the longer efforts to deal with the transmission chain through PSBB will have an increasingly impact on the economy and (4) Economic recovery strategies can be implemented through five activities in 2020 in the third quarter to to IV and in the year 2021
This research is motivated by a decrease in auditor performance caused by problems that occur in the auditors' work environment. This study aims to determine the effect of role conflict, role ambiguity, and role overload on auditor performance. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were the auditors of BPK RI Representatives of Maluku Province, which also became the sample. Data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents auditors of BPK RI Representatives of Maluku. Data analysis techniques using multiple regression. The test results show that role conflict has a negative and significant effect on the performance of the auditors, which shows that the more role conflicts the auditor gets, the lower his performance. Role ambiguity variable has no effect because role ambiguity can make someone uncomfortable at work, which in turn will affect the auditor's performance. Meanwhile, the role overload variable has no effect, indicating that excessive work pressure with limited time will make the auditor's performance not optimal in his work.
