The existing list of requirements for agricultural tractors to classify them as products manufac-tured in Russia is considered. An assessment of the impact of the requirements of the Government of the Russian Federation decree on the fulfillment of tasks for the development of the Russian economy was made. It is proposed to stimulate the creation of jobs by setting a threshold value for the level of localization in terms of cost indicator. An assessment of the technological need for agri-cultural tractors for the primary stimulation of the production of the most scarce equipment was car-ried out. An approach to motivate the technological development of production and improve the technical level of products of enterprises is proposed. It is indicated that it is necessary to take into account in the methodology the directions of the manufacturer's activity that are important for the agricultural consumer. An improved methodology for assessing the level of localization of produc-tion of agricultural mobile energy products is presented. The basic methodology was significantly adjusted with the transition from an arbitrary list of obsolete technological operations to the cost assessment of modern technologies, quantitative accounting of the scarcity of manufactured equip-ment, the volume of service, the development of R&D works, the operational provision of spare parts, etc. The level of localization, which is sufficient to recognize a specific model as produced in Russia, is calculated as the sum of the shares of the cost of the tractor using a number of reducing factors that take into account the progressive influence of localized production: the scarcity ratio of the manufactured model; the service network coefficient; R&D funding ratio; spare parts warehouse availability factor. The implementation of this methodology contributes to the solution of tasks for the development of the Russian economy: job creation; organization of production of scarce equip-ment (import substitution); promotion of innovative technologies; maintenance of service; devel-opment of research and development work; prompt provision of spare parts.
Results of comparative evaluation of movers performance indicators of vehicles exploited on weak soils are given, as well as production of low pressure tires as of from 1991 to 2013 are reviewed.
It is shown that the basis of robotic technologies in plant cultivation is an unmanned mobile power unit for agricultural purposes on wheeled or tracked platform with hybrid power plant, motion control equipment and machine vision device. Technological operations are performed by technological robotic modules mounted on the platform.
Subject of study. The results of experiments on the estimation of the error of methods of experi-mental and calculated determination of the contour area for the ecological assessment of a mobile energy device (MED) are presented. There was used the example of modern radial tires 360 / 70R24 of Bel-89 and 18.4R34 of F-11 agricultural tractor MTZ-1025.2. in modes of non-nominal loading at nominal load on tires and changes in tire pressure within the range recommended for field work. The purpose of the study. To assess the possibility of improving the computational method for determining the contour area of the contact patch of the tire tread of a pneumatic wheel based on the mathematical model of V.L. Biederman. Materials and methods. The assessment was carried out for four ways of determining the area of the tire contact patch: 1) directly measuring the area using a digital photograph of the tire contact patch in Kompas-3D V13 software with the de-termination of the scaling and method error using a square from 100x100 mm graph paper; 2) calcu-lation by the formula of the area of an ellipse, using the length and width of the tire contact patch, measured with a tape measure directly from the obtained print; 3) by calculation, determined from the digital photograph in Kompas-3D V13 software; 4) by calculation, determined by calculation using the parameters of the universal tire characteristic (UTC). Results and discussion. As a result of the experiments, it was found that for modern radial tractor tires, the static deformation of which does not exceed 18-22%, the method of theoretical determination of the contour area of the tire contact patch using the UTC parameters can be applied with sufficient (for engineering practice) accuracy. Full convergence of the calculated and experimental contour areas of the tire contact patch can be provided by the coefficient of their ratio. Conclusions. The carried out assessment of the possibility of using methods for calculating the conditional contour area of the tire showed that these methods can be well used for a comparative assessment of the technogenic mechanical impact of propellers on the soil.
Results of prospects investigation of dynamic oscillations absorbers using in suspensions of tractor cabs are described. Design of dynamic absorber is developed and patented. On the basis of calculation and experimental research, it is shown that in practice under all modes of moving of tractor unit, the cab springing system with dynamic absorbers ensures the best protection of operator position against vibration in comparison to systems with serial rubber vibration isolators.
