The conceptual framework of psychoanalysis seeks to explain the nature and development of the personality of students through creative elements, namely motivation, emotions, and other internal creative aspects. Conceptual method of psychoanalytic approach as a determination of the implementation of the inquiry training model through a systematic review. Based on data analysis that: 1) student creativity can be explored through a psychoanalytic approach that expresses new ideas with students' intellectual freedom in the form of inquiry and problem-solving skills in their own way; 2) Creativity is based on Guilford's creative person who is built by conscious and unconscious efforts on neuroscience which gives rise to motivation, energy, ego to do creative ideas; 3) Different ways of creative students become important factors in determining discovery learning models. creativity is part of a personality that is encouraged to be creative if indeed they cannot meet sexual needs directly. Because their needs are not fulfilled, sublimation occurs, and finally, imagination emerges.
The availability of human resources is the trigger for quality education in addition to the cost factor and educational infrastructure. The purpose of the study was to analyze the management of teacher resource planning in an ideal school through an educational management approach. Qualitative research methods with literature review on sources that can be accounted for and analyzed descriptively and concluded. The results showed that 1) teacher resource planning in schools through planning analysis based on school goals and objectives, 2) planning management using the conceptual Transactional Planning, 3) Evaluation and Monitoring in Planning based on school external goals, and 4) Needs Projection Analysis, Provision of Personnel educators and education using the linkage of demand and supply of teachers. One element of planning management is not fulfilled, it is assumed that the empowerment of teacher resources is not active and less than optimal in the context of developing education in schools.
In the Qur'an there are so many lessons that can be used as a reference in understanding and instilling values in students. Surah Yusuf verses 23-24, one of which contains religious character values taken from the story of the Prophet Yusuf, is very important to be developed further. This research uses Library Research Methods with Qualitative Descriptive Analysis Techniques. As primary data, it is taken from the Qur'anic interpretation of Al-Misbah. Secondary data is in the form of references to the science of moral education and the science of character education related to the content of the Qur'an Yusuf verses 23-24 with the story or story method in the verse. The results showed the concept of religious character values in the Qur'an Surah Yusuf verses 23-24 is very good to be conveyed as a science of character education and practiced in education as an applied science that can be realized in everyday life. So that educational goals will be realized and can create students as a generation with a strong foundation of religious character and good morals.

Melalui pendekatan literatur, penelitian menghasilkan bahwa perbedaan adalah keniscayaan, apabila dikelola dengan benar tidak akan menjadi konfik, tetapi menjadi rahmat: mengikat persuadaraan, mewujudkan perdamaian, berbuah kemaslahatan.
Ditengah arus globalasisasi seperti saat ini, diperlukan adanya format kelembagaan yang kokoh dari sisi ideologi, moralitas dan kuat dalam mengembangkan sains dan teknologi untuk kemajuan peradaban Islam. Format kelembagaan perguruan tinggi itu adalah “Perguruan Tinggi Pesantren.” Ada beberapa alasan dalam memformulasi perguruan tinggi pesantren itu: Pertama, jumlah peserta didik usia 13-24 tahun yang berasal dari pedesaan cukup banyak, sementara jumlah lembaga pendidikan tinggi belum cukup memadai. Kedua, keinginan generasi muda pedesaan untuk memperoleh pendidikan tinggi semakin kuat, namun kemampuan ekonominya untuk pembiayaan pendidikan terbatas, sementara disisi lain, pesantren dapat mengelola pembiayaan pendidikan secara lebih efesien. Ketiga, dosen-dosen yang dibutuhkan dalam berbagai studi 5-10 tahun ke depan semakin mudah diperoleh, karena lulusan S.2 dan S.3 PTN/PTS dan PTAIN/STAIN/UIN semakin meningkat dan memerlukan pengembangan diri dan apalikasi keilmuannya pada masyarakat.
