<em>Customary land is claimed as a safekeeping of history that must be maintained, local wisdom is considered as a code of conduct, and forests and traditional land as a dependent space for communal living. Meanwhile, the pace of expansion of palm oil plantations by the private sector supported by the state through permit schemes has created resource conflicts in customary law areas that threaten the existence of Tau Taa Wana's cultural heritage. This threat to cultural heritage has pushed the indigenous women of Wana Posangke to carry out resistance movements to protect and maintain communal cultural identity. This means that expansion activities that threaten the existence of cultural heritage encourage the desire to protect and maintain cultural heritage.</em>
This research aim to introduce the technique of playing traditional musical instruments of Gendang Beleq especially young people and adolescents as an effort to preserve and love traditional music in East Lombok. The method used is a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. For determination the subject of research, the technique used is purposive sampling. Then in data collection techniques, research uses observation, interviews and documentation. As traditional Lombok music, Gendang Beleq is played in groups. In order for the resulting musical instrument to sound beautiful and harmonious, the cohesiveness in playing Gendang Beleq music is a very important part to pay attention to. Therefore, the expected goal by introducing the technique of playing the traditional music of Gendang Beleq is so that this traditional art can be maintained and enjoyed by the community, especially for the people of Lombok.
The tourism sector fosters social change, including the emergence of friction of interests that leads to land / space conflicts. This research aims to explain: (1) Kaluku Beach tourism object as a realm of struggle for economic capital; (2) failure of economic capital management and lack of village leadership authority impacted massively barrier in tourism sector. Research results show that Kaluku beach tourism area is a field of conflict interest in terms of economic capital, leads to worst impact on tourism object management, low rates visiting. The absence of spatial planning and lack of village leadership authority caused conflict vulnerability, requires symbolic capital influence from village leader as dispute resolution. Suggestion for village leaders that they take consideration spatial planning in urgent, utilization of local resources and push social readiness towards social changes.Key words: Kaluku beach tourism, Land dispute, symbolic capital
