This study aimed to produce a valid students' worksheet for a higher order thinking skills (HOTS)-oriented blended learning model of instruction. This research employed research and development (R & D) design, based on the development stages of Thiagarajan, that are define, design, and develop. At the define stage, there are five activities including curriculum analysis, student needs analysis, task analysis, concept analysis, and analysis of learning objectives. At the design stage, the product format is selected and the product's initial design is set. At the develop stage, a product assessment is carried out by experts and students. Data collection methods included interview and questionnaires methods. Based on the study results, the worksheets has been tested for validity according to the experts judgement. In addition, it was also considered highly interesting and easy to use by students. Thus, the worksheets of HOTS-oriented blended learning on the subject of impulse and momentum is feasible to be implemented in learning activities.Keywords: Student worksheets blended learning, higher order thinking skills (HOTS). ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan lembar kerja siswa (LKS) yang valid untuk pembelajaran model blended learning yang beorientasi pada higher order thinking skills (HOTS). Penelitian ini menggunakan desain research and development (R & D) yang mengadopsi tahapan pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran menurut Thiagarajan, yaitu terdiri dari define, design, dan develop. Pada tahap define, terdapat lima kegiatan, yaitu analisis kurikulum, analisis kebutuhan siswa, analisis tugas, analisisi konsep, dan analisis tujuan pembelajaran. Pada tahap design, dilakukan pemilihan format produk dan membuat rancangan awal produk. Pada tahap develop, dilakukan penilaian terhadap produk oleh para ahli dan siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi metode wawancara dan angket. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, produk yang dihasilkan telah teruji validitasnya menurut penilaian para ahli. Di samping itu, LKS hasil pengembangan juga dinilai sangat menarik dan sangat mudah dipakai oleh siswa.
