The article deals with the poetic nature of binary opposition in the mythology of literature. The structural method played an important role in revealing the nature of binary opposition in the structure of myth. The introduction of the article includes the theoretical significance of this method and the fact that the oppositional character of mythical worldview was the basis of dialectical development. The mythological motives and personages characterize the development of life, forming an opposition pair. The examples on the fact that oppositional pairs of mythical motives and characters constitute binary-dyadic integrity by complementing each other are represented. The controversial double forms of the dyad in mythical knowledge towards the paired phenomena and concepts is analyzed with mythical narration and concluded on the basis of scientists-mythologists' conclusions. The nature of phenomena and concepts between the dyad Chaos-Space and the opposition life-death are regarded in literary aspect and in the framework of the cultural-historical analysis. The idea about the important role of the mythical "binary-dyadic" structure in presenting the conflictive nature of a man in the world and national literature has been formulated. Interpretation of mythological thinking in poetics is given through motive, struggle and artistic images. Interpretation of binary opposition in poetic knowledge in the structure of myth is analyzed with references to some literary works.
In this study, the effect of Online Learning and Digital Conversation-Based Activities method on students' achievement, attitudes and perceptions of cultural values in language and literature courses was examined. The study group consisted of 2 branches studying in the 3rd grade of a high school in Astana province in the 2022 academic year. 64 high school third grade students participated in the study. In the study in which quasi-experimental research model was used, post-test control group design was used. In this context, Online Learning And Digital Conversation-Based Activities in the experimental group and traditional teaching activities in the control group were applied for 6 weeks. As a result, when the two classes were considered independently of each other, it was found that the students in the group applying the Online Learning And Digital Conversation-Based Activities program achieved higher academic achievement, attitude towards the course and cultural value perception gains compared to their peers in the control group.
The article deals with the problems of mythological personages in literature and culture of the Turkic peoples. It is known that the tribes of Turkic ancient epochs formed the nomad culture. And the basic core of this culture was the mythology. Since ancient times, the Turkic state called themselves "people chosen by God", as it was evidenced by the information from the ancient runic writings. In the Yenisei runic it was called a state. This ancient mythological cycle is an integral part of the public cult of the Turk Empire. Descendants of "Kokturk" that first led a nomadic life, settled along the endless expanses from Mongolia to Europe, interacting with many nations, interpenetrating in a different environment, adopting their culture; some of them got accustomed to a sedentary lifestyle. Turkic tribes, known in history books under the general title 'the Turk Khanate', later began to found their own state and form their own history and literature. In the process of investigation the authors revealed their scientific viewpoints and hypotheses, compared and generalized them.
This study examines the effects of providing students with the literature-related foundations of knowledge revealed in the works of the famous Zhyrau who lived in the in the city of Aktau, Mangistau region of Kazakhstan, through online and traditional teaching. For this purpose, pretest-posttest model with study control group was applied. The study was conducted on the subject of "The Zhyrau and Their Place in Kazakh Language Literature" at the Department of Kazakh Philology in the 2022 academic year and lasted 6 weeks. According to the research findings, it has been seen that online supported blended teaching has a positive effect on the success of the course and the retention of what has been learned in the subject of "The Zhyrau and Their Place in Kazakh Language Literature" compared to traditional teaching. In another finding of the study, there was no significant difference in the attitudes and perceptions of national values of the participant student groups on the subject of "The Zhyrau and Their Place in Kazakh Language Literature". In both groups, students in the experimental group with online supported blended teaching and the control group students in the traditional teaching achieved very high posttest course attitude and national value perception scores. Online, blended and traditional activities on "The Zhyrau and Their Place in Kazakh Language Literature" have positively and highly affected students' attitudes and perceptions of national values.
