It is very important to realize the information management of product parameters in the production workshop, which can timely, accurately, clearly and clearly display the real-time parameter data in the production process, and ensure the efficient cooperation of various departments, so as to improve the processing efficiency and product processing quality of the production workshop. In this paper, the MES system of a military machinery manufacturing enterprise is used as the research platform to collect the product process data of the workshop and form the product parameter library of the production process of the workshop, taking the parameter library as the research object, a parameter management mechanism suitable for mechanical manufacturing enterprises is established to carry out efficient parameter management. The parameter management based on MES system consists of quality card management, parameter management, parameter optimization, parameter filling and verification, and parameter analysis. Neural network and other methods are used to optimize the selection of product parameters and analyze the historical product parameters. The application results show that the parameter management mechanism proposed in this paper can realize the effective management of the production process parameters of the manufacturing enterprise workshop, improve the processing efficiency and product quality, and has a certain reference value for the manufacturing enterprise production process parameter management.
MES is an information system for workshop between the planning system and operation control system. It is the basic technical means to realize the automation and agility of production management. The functions of MES include resource allocation, process management, quality control, material management, etc. MES can achieve the function of information tracking, information analysis. It can also predict what may happen in the production process. BOM can describe the material composition of a product and the relationship between its finished materials. MBOM contains the detailed information of various parts, such as the source, quantity and the difference of using time. In essence, it is the description of product materials. Product materials are the core resource of manufacture and management. MBOM provide important information of inventory preparation and material distribution. The traditional material management mode only focuses on the business of purchase, distribution and storage. The relationship between various materials is not considered. Based on the study of the traditional material management mode, this paper puts forward the MES material management mode based on BOM. The information management system is designed and developed according to this management mode. Through the verification by practical application, the material management mode based on BOM realizes the reasonable allocation of materials. Using BOM can improve the efficiency of MES material management.

And the system have formed a digital analysis platform suitable for aerospace discrete manufacturing workshops, solving the actual production management problems of aerospace enterprises' discrete manufacturing workshops and improving It improves the information management level and production efficiency of the workshop, and provides ideas for the leap-forward improvement and development of the production and manufacturing capacity of the enterprise.
