The system based on the Internet of Things thought will be the direction of the future smart home. The paper designed a unified household appliances controller which is the core of the smart home system. It adopts RTL8019AS Ethernet controller to realize embedded Internet by which users can have access to remote control. And it uses maturing wireless Bluetooth technology to complete the communication between the controller and the sub-controlling system. S3C2410 is the embedded processor and μC/OS-II is the embedded OS. The entire controller is simple and efficient because of its all mature components.
In the paper, To control the speed of induction motor drive with DTC-SVM, A variable universe self-tuning fuzzy-PI(VUFPI) controller was designed based on the concept of variable universe to generate the torque reference value, Two inputs of the fuzzy controller are speed error and error change rate, the output of the fuzzy controller are adjustment parameters (,) of PI controller parameters (Kp, Ki), the input and output variable universe of fuzzy controller were regulated by scale factor which is calculated according to error grade, The simulation results show that the proposed method has fast response speed and lower torque ripple.

The paper introduces the system designation that it is the resolution of the house conservation energy. The system uses the CS5460A to measure the electric power that the house is costing, and then gets the extra electric power which the AT89S52 does read, at last controls the electrical equipments through the analysis of the power and the action of the relays.
With the development of the technology and society, the resolution of the wireless LAN would be the direction which is leading the smart home LAN’s construction, the IR, RF, Bluetooth, Zigbee, GPRS, and others wireless methods have been applied in the smart home smoothly, like the control, security, data transmission, now it is time to specified the rules for the wireless technology in the smart home, this paper introduces a kind of the smart home wireless bus protocol that based on the Modbus protocol, and the hardware and PC software have been designed for it, the project achieved the operation and communication among the nodes, the test realizes that it has the better data transmission mechanism when adopting the wireless bus protocol, and make sure the reliability of the data transmission between the nodes in the smart home.
