Excellent performance is necessary for compressor blade when aircraft engine serves in harsh environment, where it will go through scouring from jet-stream and extraneous sand, shaking of blades and corrosion from corrosive medium, taking moisture, salt, SO2 for example. Due to the shortage of scouring resistant and anti-corrosion property, shedding of damaged coating is a fundamental reason for the breakdown of aircraft engine blades, which is also the technique bottleneck that hinders the engineering application of compressor blades. Aiming at such problems, an amino modified epoxy coating which performed excellent scouring resistent and anti-corrosion property was fabricated on blades in this paper. Physical properties, anti-corrosion performance, abrasion resistant profiles and scouring resistant test were comprehensively evaluated. Results showed that the coating displayed a high hardness (pendulum hardness 0.9), overlong pot life, well anti-corrosion performance and excellent scouring resistant property. Pot life extends from 8h which is that of common coatings to 36h, so that it is benefit to large scale coating in engineering application. The anti-corrosion performance is similar to traditional aluminizing/inorganic silicate protect coatings, and abrasion resistant property is superior to common protect coatings. Moreover, scouring resistance performance is 3~4 times that of traditional coatings. Hence, such protective coatings could ensure the long lasting of blades protection.
Discrete element software is used to simulate the excavation of a rock slope in Puli-Xuanwei Expressway in Yunnan Province. Through monitoring displacement development characteristics in different positions of slope, the result shows that the minimum horizontal displacement under excavation exists in the top of the slope, meanwhile the maximum horizontal displacement occurs in the foot and waist of the slope, and the maximum vertical displacement occurs in the top of the slope. Comparing rock slope in such conditions as different stratum angles, directions, rock characteristics and thickness, it concludes possible failure modes of slope and the variation law of safety coefficient under different conditions. This paper is instructive and offers reference for the practical engineering.
After analyzing the propagation of stress wave at different angles of inclination, strength parameters and the group number of structural plane. The results of research are summarized as follows: Due to the change of propagation direction in structural planes with different angles of inclination, the original propagation rule of stress wave changes too, the peak velocity of the monitory point gets relatively flat as the strength parameters of structural plane turn greater. Stress wave repeatedly refracts and reflects in many groups of structural plane, then the appropriate dynamic characteristics of the wave no longer maintains as the number of group increases or decreases. By analyzing and verifying the slope instance, the test result provides a reference for studying dynamic response rules.

In order to establish precise grinding cutter model of straight bevel gear, this study projects the spherical involute that forms tooth profile of bevel gear into the involute of circle approximately, and makes a simulation model database of bevel gear according to the principle of mechanical design on the basis of CAD mapping software. With the central projection method, processing devices and cutters of involute straight bevel gear can also be designed which has no concern with modulus. The results show that the establishment of simulation database and processing cutters can greatly facilitate the design and processing of straight bevel gear, greatly reduce the design and finishing costs, and is also helpful to teaching training of gear.
