This study aims to determine the diversity of freshwater fish in Kelingi River Lubuklinggau City. The research was conducted on 6 stations, the determination of the location of the research was done by purposive sampling method. Samples of fish obtained from the catch by using scatter and scoop-net and then identified in the Education Laboratory of Biology STKIP PGRI Lubukinggau. Data analysis includes species composition (KJ), diversity index (H ') and uniformity index (E). The results of identification there are 13 species belonged to 5 Order, 6 Family, and 13 genra. Barbonymus gonionotus has the largest type of composition (69.53%). Diversity index (H ' ) ranged from 0.33 to 1.22 and the uniformity index (E) ranged from 0.24 to 0.84. Conclusions the diversity index of Kelingi river in this study was low and fish communities at stations 1,3 and 6 under stable conditions and at station 2,4,5 under distress conditions

Herpetofauna research has been conducted mostly in conservation forest areas, so little is known about herpetofauna outside the conservation areas, such as those around the human settlements. The data of herpetofauna near human settlements are important in carrying out conservation actions. This study aimed to determine the diversity of herpetofauna around human settlements in the city of Lubuklinggau. The study was conducted from February to August 2019. Herpetofauna samples were taken in three habitats around settlements, i.e., plantation, rice field, and river. Sampling was done with the method of visual encounter survey and time-constrained search. The data were analyzed using ecological indexes, i.e., relative abundance, and indexes of diversity, evenness, similarity, and dominance. The results showed that 378 individuals of herpetofauna were found, belonging to 27 species (12 amphibians and 15 reptiles). Eighteen species were found in the plantation (7 amphibians and 11 reptiles), 15 species in the river (10 amphibians and 5 reptiles), and 14 species in the rice field (6 amphibians and 8 reptiles). Similarity index analysis showed that the rice field had quite different species from other habitats. The herpetofauna diversity around settlements was categorized as medium.
This study aims to determine the potential and conservation status of fish in Lakitan Dam Musi Rawas Regency. This research was conducted in February until April 2018. The location of the research was determined by using purposive sampling technique. The samples were collected by using scatter nets and the subsequent identification was done in the Biology Laboratory of STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau. Conservation status data is determined by IUCN Redlist while fish potential data is obtained from interview with the surrounding community. A total of 17 fish species were found during the study, divided into categories not evaluated 8 species (47%), 8 species (47%) least concern and 1 species (6%) data deficient. While the potential of fish as fish consumption as many as 12 species (62%), 3 species (23%) ornamental fish as well as fish consumption and ornamental fish as many as 2 species (15%). ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh model Cooperative Script terhadap aktivitas dan hasil belajar biologi siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 7 Lubuklinggau. Teknik pengumpulan data untuk hasil belajar menggunakan teknik tes, sedangkan data aktivitas belajar menggunakan teknik observasi. Nilai rata-rata siswa untuk kelas yang diajarkan dengan model Cooperative Script sebesar 70,11, sedangkan untuk kelas yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional sebesar 64,22. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan uji-t pada taraf signifikan α = 0,05 maka diperoleh (2,45) > (1,67), ada pengaruh model Cooperative Script terhadap hasil belajar biologi siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 7 Lubuklinggau. Hasil observasi aktivitas belajar pertemuan pertama diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 75,33% dengan kategori cukup dan hasil observasi aktivitas belajar pertemuan kedua diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 75,94% dengan kategori cukup, yang berarti aktivitas belajar biologi siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 7 Lubuklinggau lebih meningkat setelah diberikan perlakuan dengan menggunakan model Cooperative Script. Simpulan, model cooperative script berpengaruh secara signifikan secara statistik terhadap peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar biologi siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 7 Lubuklinggau. The aims of this research are to describe and to know the difficulties of teachers in implementing 2013 curriculum by using thematic learning in grade V SD Negeri 61 Lubuklinggau. The method in this research was descriptive method through a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interview, documentation and triangulation techniques. The results of this research showed that the difficulties of grade V teachers were divided into three main components, namely in the learning planning stage was the difficulties in preparing lesson plans, in the learning implementation stage was the difficulties in implementing core activities, and in the assesment stages were the difficulties in assessing skills, assessing the learning process, and assesing attitude. In addition, there were also factors causing teacher difficulties, namely: (1) Teacher ability Factors (2) Factors from students (3) and Time allocation factors. Therefore, there are some ways to do in order to overcome teacher difficulties : (1)The Teacher must understand thematic learning, especially in the preparation of lesson plan, (2) The teacher must be creative in using a variety of learning media to attract students' focus in learning and create a good atmosphere in learning process, (3) Cooperate and exchange ideas with other teachers in determining assessment indicators and time allocation.
