Studies were conducted on the use of oil obtained from rapeseed cultivar 'Podmoskovnyj' selection of Federal Williams Research Center of Forage Production and Agroecology in feeding broiler chickens. The experiments were carried out on chickens cross-country "ROSS-308". They were grown in a cell battery. For the experiment, 5 groups were formed. In the start and finish periods, the control group received 2.5 and 3.3% sunflower oil. In the experimental groups, sunflower oil was replaced with rapeseed in the following amounts: the first — 1.0 and 1.0%, the second — 1.5 and 1.7%, the third — 2.0 and 2.5% and the fourth — 2.5 and 3.3%. Feeding was carried out with dry loose feed from a day old. Studies have found that rapeseed oil had less saturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids, but more unsaturated fatty acids. The amount of erucic acid was 0.20%. The digestibility of nutrients was high and practically did not differ from the control variant, as was the use of nitrogen. The inclusion of rapeseed oil in the composition of feed for broilers did not have a significant impact on the increase in live weight and feed costs. The cost of feed with increasing rapeseed oil in their composition decreased, and the efficiency of converting feed into products increased slightly. Compound feeds with rapeseed oil were not inferior in terms of the efficiency of using compound feed containing sunflower oil.
The ratios of pea and barley seeds for growing in mixed crops for the purpose of preparing juicy feed and obtaining grain fodder in the conditions of low-lying peatlands of the North-East of the Non-Chernozem zone of Russia are determined. Heat treatment of grain fodder from peas and barley in a ratio of 50:50 at a coolant temperature of 1100 C a duration of 30 minutes, as well as preservation of silage with LMAC (low molecular acid concentrate) reduced the solubility and cleavability of raw protein in the rumen, contributed to an increase in the use of nitrogen and energy for productive purposes when feeding lactating cows. Feeding of pea and barley silage processed with LMAC in the ratio (25:75) and processed grain mixture (50:50) as part of the main feeding diet of new – bodied cows increased the use of nitrogen taken – by 5.29%, digested-by 8.27 %. During the experiment period, the average daily milk yield of natural milk in the control group averaged 21.18 kg, in II-23.06 and in III – 25.49 kg. The difference in favor of the experimental group III was 4.31 kg (p < 0.05), and in II – 1.88 kg (p < 0.05) or 11.89 and 3.29%, respectively, in terms of 4% milk, the difference was 5.06 and 2.19 kg or 25.08 and 10.86 %. At the same time, the costs of exchange energy for obtaining 1 kg of milk with 4% fat content decreased by 10%, raw protein by more than 7 %.
Studies have been carried out to determine the effect of seeds of varieties of coleseed (Brassica rapa L.) on the productivity of broiler chickens of the "Cobb 500" cross. According to the scheme of the experi-ment, the control compound feed did not contain coleseed seeds, 7.5% (by weight) were taken into the compound feed of the first experimental group seeds of winter coleseed of the Zarya variety, and in the compound feed of the second experimental group — 7.5% seeds of spring coleseed of the Nadezhda va-riety. The introduction of coleseed seeds into the starting and finishing compound feeds for broiler chick-ens reduced the use of soybean meal and sunflower oil by 3.7 and 4.0% (rel.). The data of physiological experience showed that the digestibility of the nutrients of the compound feed of all groups was at a high level. The digestibility of crude protein was at the control level. Lower digestibility of raw fiber by chick-ens of the first experimental group (less by 3.06%) is associated with a higher content of lignin in the seed shell of the Zarya variety. By the end of the experiment, the live weight of broiler chickens increased 66.8 times, 66.4 times and 66.9 times, respectively, according to the control of the first and second experimen-tal groups. Inclusion of coleseed seeds (7.5% by weight) slightly reduced the consumption of compound feeds by chickens of the experimental groups — by 1.43 and 1.13%, compared with the control. This was facilitated by the higher energy saturation of experimental compound feeds with coleseed seeds, contain-ing a high level of crude fat. The reduction in the use of compound feed and its lower cost affected the efficiency of growing an experienced bird. The efficiency index of poultry meat production by groups in the control was 97.62% and 113.41, 114.54% in the 1st and 2nd experimental groups, respectively.
This article presents the results of a physiological experiment on 3 bulls-analogs with rumen fistulae to study the metabolic processes in the main part of the stomach when introducing a microbiological protein Supplement of biotrine and zeolite of natural origin into the main feeding diet. The balance of nitrogen and the main macro-and microelements was studied, and the hematological parameters of the blood of bulls during the growing period were studied. Based on the results obtained, it is recommended to use biotrin in the feeding diets of raised young cattle both separately and in different ratios with zeolite, which creates favorable conditions for fermentation and assimilation of feed nutrients.
