The purpose of this paper was to analyze the stress levels of the female wrestlers studying in higher education. The trial group of the research consisted of 52 volunteer female wrestlers studying in higher education in the province Batman. The research data were collected with "Work Stress Scale" developed by House and Rizzo (1972) adapted into Turkish by Yalçın (2009).In the analysis of data, the Mann Whitney-U and Kruskall Wallis-H tests were benefited from as well as the descriptive statistical techniques. As a result of the research, the female wrestlers were considered to experience stress occasionally. While there were not any differences in the female wrestlers' stress levels in accordance with the variables of bachelor year, persons who they live and income status, there were some differences in their stress levels about whether family members were keen on sport or not.

Background: It is known that reaction time, which is of great importance in terms of athlete performance, is one of the most difficult sports performance parameters to develop. Reaction time performance in Athletes may vary according to the sport branch in terms of development. Especially in combat sports such as boxing and wrestling, reaction time is of such great importance that it can directly or indirectly affect the outcome of the competition. Aim: In this study, it was aimed to compare the visual simple reaction time performances of boxing and wrestling athletes. By comparing the simple visual reaction times of boxers and wrestlers, the effects of both branch trainings on the reaction time were tried to be determined. Methods: This research was carried out with the participation of 30 male athletes between the ages of 14-17. It was held with the participation of a total of 30 male athletes, including 15 boxers and 15 wrestlers, who have been licensed contestants for at least three years and are still actively participating in the competitions. The heights of the participants were measured with a wall-mounted stadiometer (Holtain Ltd. England), their body weights were measured with an electronic scale (Seca, Germany), and their visual simple reaction time performance was measured with a Reaction Time device (Hubbard Scientific 6027). Data were analyzed with the IBM Statistics (SPSS, ver. 22.0, Armonk, NY) program. Results: The mean age of the boxing group (N=15) was 15.46±1.06, the mean height was 175.53±4.18, the mean body weight was 61.00±8.03 and the mean reaction time was 23.66±2.99. The mean age of the wrestling group (N=15) was 15.40±1.12, the mean height was 170.46±4.29, the mean body weight was 62.80±8.65 and the mean reaction time was 25.93±2.68. Conclusion: In this study comparing the visual simple reaction time performances of boxers and wrestlers, it was concluded that boxing training is more effective in shortening reaction time performance compared to wrestling training. This paper was conducted to measure the psychological and psychosomatic symptoms related with the sport managers' work stress in public sector and federations. In this research, total 185 sport managers including 31 sport managers from the Central Organization of Sport General Directorate, 113 sport managers from the provincial organization, 41 sport managers from the Independent Sport Federations were included. The relevant managers were applied the work stress scale developed by Houso and Rizzo (1972). According to the results of the research, as sport managers get older, the averages of work stress seem to increase. In younger sport managers, the averages of work stress were found to be lower. When the participant sport managers' education levels improve, their work stress points fall down. In the first period of service of sport managers, the averages of work stress were high, in next years they went down over time.
In this paper, the conflict styles of 288 athletes participated in Turkey Inter-Universities Wushu Championship in Antalya in the academic year 2017-2018 were evaluated. The research presents the significance for revealing the athletes' conflict styles with their families, trainers and teammates and creating solutions. The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool in the research. This scale was adapted from the measurement used in the undergraduate students by Önder (2008). The athletes' conflict styles were determined with their responses to the questions as (2,02±1,07) in the vertical conflict on average. In the horizontal conflict and vertical conflict sub-dimensions, the athletes were seen to experience less conflicts (1,90±,985). The significant differences were found between the vertical conflict and horizontal conflict sub-dimensions in the variables of age, educational back ground, undergraduate year and domicile. In accordance with the gender variable, a significant difference was found in the horizontal conflict sub-dimension. The female athletes were considered to experience horizontal conflicts less than the male ones among themselves. This paper has great importance since it keeps light on the managers and the athletes. In conclusion, the athletes participated in the vertical and horizontal conflict subdimensions less. This means that the athletes have positive approaches to conflicts, and that they are well-intentioned in conflict management. It is possible to say that conlicts are experienced less by them since sportive performance makes positive effects.
