Music extracurricular contains therapy as a solution to improve developmental disorders in children with autism. Extracurricular teachers and assistants play an important role in the continuity of therapy. This research aims to know the learning process and the benefits of extracurricular music at the Special School for Autism (SKA) Bina Anggita Yogyakarta. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects are extracurricular teachers and assistants, while the research object is autistic students and the extracurricular learning process at the Special School for Autism Bina Anggita Yogyakarta. Data was collected using observation, interviews, and documentation. The validation technique uses source triangulation validation and method triangulation. Data analysis was carried out by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the demonstration, imitation, and drill methods used in music extracurriculars for autistic children at SKA Bina Anggita Yogyakarta made the learning process very fun and smooth. The benefits of music extracurricular learning in some children occur in the development of concentration, emotional, communication skills, self-confidence, and motor skills. Ekstrakurikuler musik di dalamnya terdapat terapi sebagai salah satu solusi memperbaiki gangguan perkembangan anak autis. Guru ekstrakurikuler dan pendamping menjadi orang yang berperan penting terhadap keberlangsungan terapi. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui proses pembelajaran dan manfaat ekstrakurikuler musik di Sekolah Khusus Autis (SKA) Bina Anggita Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah guru ekstrakurikuler dan pendamping, sedangkan objek penelitian adalah peserta didik autis dan proses pembelajaran ekstrakurikuler di Sekolah Khusus Autis Bina Anggita Yogyakarta. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik validasi menggunakan validasi triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara mereduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode demonstrasi, metode imitasi, dan metode drill yang digunakan dalam ekstrakurikuler musik pada anak autis di SKA Bina Anggita Yogyakarta menjadikan proses pembelajaran sangat menyenangkan dan lancar. Manfaat dari pembelajaran ekstrakurikuler musik pada beberapa anak terjadi perkembangan terhadap konsentrasi, emosional, kemampuan berkomunikasi, kepercayaan diri, dan motorik.
