Pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu negara dapat dilihat dari perkembangan pasar modal negara itu sendiri. Indonesia memiliki potensi untuk menjadi negara besar dalam tahap negara berkembang saat ini, namun disayangkan perkembangan pasar modal Indonesia masih relatif rendah dibanding negara lainya. Rendahnya literasi dan inklusi pada pasar modal menjadi salah satu faktor penyebabnya. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman, wawasan, dan segala hal terkait pasar modal Indonesia serta hal-hal yang harus diantisipasi dan dipersiapkan dalam transaksaksi di pasar modal. Di zaman yang serba digital tentu pasar modal adalah salah satu instrumen investasi yang cukup lama ditransaksikan secara digital, serta diskusi dan evaluasi bersama dengan kepala desa takabaksari yang dilatarbekangi dengan kebutuhan pada lingkungan mitra pengabdian yang sangat antusias ingin mengetahui dan memahami hal-hal terkait pasar modal. Dengan demikian tema pengabdian terkait pasar pasar modal adalah permintaan mitra mengabdian guna menambah literasi yang emang sudah ada cukup lama namun tidak dibarengi edukasi serta penyuluhan secara optimal. Populasi dalam pengabdian ini ialah perangkat dan jajaran desa Tambaksari seperti ketua rukun tetangga (RT) dan ketua rukun warga (RW) serta jajaran yang terlibat dalam pengurusan desa tambaksari. Setelah diselenggarakan pengabdian dengan tema pasar modal Indonesia diharapkan wawasan peserta pengabdian dapat bertambah dan dapat merubah cara berinvestasi dari metode lama ke metode digitalisasi yang lebih efesiensi.
Purpose — The objective of this study is to examine the factors that impact the value of a company over both the short and long term. These factors include variables such as the company's size, the reputation of the underwriter and auditor, the industry sector in which it operates, and the number of shares outstanding during the initial public offering (IPO).Method — In this study, a quantitative causality approach with analytical properties is employed as the method of analysis. The population under investigation consists of companies that conducted initial public offerings (IPOs) between the years 2020 and 2022. A sample size of 113 companies is selected using a specific sampling approach for research purposes. To analyze the data, a binary logistic regression model is applied, along with the use of statistical tools.Result — The conducted research has yielded several findings. Firstly, it indicates that the variable of company size does not have a significant impact. Secondly, the variable of underwriter reputation also does not have a significant effect. Thirdly, the variable of auditor reputation does not significantly influence firm value. Fourthly, the stock variable does not significantly affect firm value. Lastly, the research highlights that the industry sector variable has a significant impact on firm value.Contribution — The research is expected to contribute to the academic field and benefit capital market players by addressing the factors that should be considered when making investment decisions in the capital market.
Debt behavior nowadays is a common thing for someone to do, from small children, adults to the elderly, they must have carried out debt and credit activities. People often use debt as an alternative to getting funds when they are pressed or when their finances are inadequate. This study aims to prove the relationship between Financial Literacy, Income, Marital Status, and Lifestyle that influence Debt Behavior. This study uses a quantitative approach using primary data from 99 respondents with a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The sample used in this study is the people of West Java Province with the Accidental Sampling method. The analytical method used to analyze the data is Partial Least Square with the outer model and inner model coefficient tests with the help of Smart PLS software. The results showed that financial literacy and income had an effect on debt behavior while marital status and lifestyle had no effect.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi laba perusahaan khususnya faktor internal perusahaan salah satunya yaitu Non Performing Loan (NPL) Dan Loan To Deposite Ratio (LDR) di PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat pada tahun 2015-2019, salah satu Bank Perkreditan Rakyat yang berada di Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui dokumen berupa laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunkan metode penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan model analisis regresi linier berganda, serta uji pengaruh parsial (t-test), uji pengaruh simultan (F-test), uji korelasi pearson, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Non Performing Loan (NPL) berpengaruh negatif terhadap Laba Perusahaan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan Non Performing Loan (NPL) memperoleh koefisien regresi -1.765438 dan nilai thitung sebesar -1.812453 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.0455 (0.0455 < 0.05). Dan nilai thitung > ttabel (-1.812453 > -1.672), sedangakan Loan To Deposite Ratio (LDR) berpengaruh positif terhadap Laba Perusahaan. Loan To Deposite Ratio (LDR) memperoleh koefisien regresi sebesar 2.678954 dengan nilai thitung 2.773421 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.0066 (0.0066 < 0.05). Dan nilai thitung > ttabel (2.773421 > 1.672). Secara simultan, Non Performing Loan (NPL) dan Loan To Deposite Ratio (LDR) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Laba Perusahaan dengan nilai R2 sebesar 0.291558, menunjukkan bahwa NPL dan LDR berpengaruh sebesar 20.15%.
