The aim of this study is to examine empirically and analyze whether technology management success which is proxied by Intellectual Capital has the influence toward MSME performance. Individual knowledge must be managed in order to get knowledge of MSME, which eventually becomes intellectual capital as the intangible asset (intangible assets) owned by MSME, thus the performance of MSME becomes more optimal. The variables of this study are the performance of MSME as the dependent variable, while the independent variable is Intellectual Capital with the proxy of human capital, structural capital and customer capital. The object of this research is MSME in Kudus Regency which is engaged in food and beverage. The research method used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of human capital research, structural capital and customer capital have a significant positive effect on MSME performance.
Perdagangan berbasis online mengubah paradigma perdagangan tradisional, melalui pertemuan antara konsumen dan pedagang berubah menjadi transaksi online tanpa batas jarak dan waktu. E-commerce mengubah UMKM untuk melakukan perdagangan secara online dengan memanfaatkan internet dan web, sehingga e-commerce menjadikan proses jual beli tidak terhalang jarak dan waktu. Perubahan inilah yang mendorong munculnya Fintech (Financial Technologi). Banyak UMKM gulung tikar karena kalah bersaing dengan UMKM yang bisa memanfaatkan teknologi dalam mengelola bisnisnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tentang pengaruh e-commerce terhadap pengelolaan keuangan berbasis fintech pada UMKM di Kabupaten Kudus, sehingga diharapkan e-commerce mempunyai peran dalam meningkatkan daya saing keuangan inklusif UMKM di Kabupaten Kudus yang berbasis fintech. Populasi yang digunakan adalah UMKM pelaku e-commerce di kabupaten Kudus. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan metode teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria UMKM yang tergabung dalam komunitas shopee. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana.
The purposed of this research is to analyze the factors which influence of intellectual capital disclosure. Knowledge of intellectual capital disclosure in the digital era was the important contributing factor to increase performance, professionalism, and sustainable of value excellence for banking companies in Indonesia for performance more optimally. The factors that tested in this research were leverage, earning growth, company size, board of commissioner size, company age, and business complexity toward intellectual capital disclosure. The method of data collecting in this research was taken banking companies which registered at Indonesia Stock Exchange in period 2013 until 2019 as the object. The sampling that used in this research was purposive sampling technique and gained the data of 175 companies which registered at Indonesia Stock Exchange in period 2013 until 2019. The method of analyze that used was multiple regression analysis. The result of the hypothesis testing in this research showed that leverage, company size, board of commissioner size, business complexity had significant influence, where as earning growth and company age were not effect toward intellectual capital disclosure.
Potensi industri kecil yang produktif adalah industri kecil yang kreatif, yaitu industri yang menitik beratkan pada kreativitas dan keinovasian . Salah sata UMKM yang mempunyai peranan besar dalam industri kreatif dan perlu dikembangkan dalam rangka memacu ekspor dan menghadapi pasar global adalah UMKM yang mengandalkan keahlian tangan (hand made), seperti kerajinan perhiasan , ukiran kayu dan termasuk juga Kerajinan Pigura Kaligrafi. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah (1) memacu pertumbuhan ekspor produk Pigura Kaligrafi Indonesia melalui pertumbuhan pasar yang kompetitif, (2) meningkatkan pengembangan Pengrajin Pigura Kaligrafi dalam merebut peluang ekspor melalui peningkatan kualitas produk dan pemasaran Pigura Kaligrafi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Bintek (Bimbingan Teknologi), pendampingan serta penguatan dalam proses produksi . Melalui metode tersebut proses produksi akan menjadi efektif dan efisien, sehingga menghasilkan produk berkualitas . Hasil dari kegiatan yaitu peningkatan nilai aset dan pendapatan Pengrajin Pigura Kaligrafi , peningkatan kuantitas dan kualitas Pigura Kaligrafi yang dipasarkan, peningkatan pemasaran produk dan proses produksi semakin efektif dan efisien.
