Agile approach has become a popular process, in the software industry. Values such as quickness, flexibility and responsiveness are the main reason behind this fame. These values are fundamental as they define the culture of the software company where a set of practices can be followed based on them. According to Agile practitioners, knowing the most important values is the key to follow the best set of practices. Thus, the objective of this paper is to obtain a description of key agile values through the content analysis of the comments of agile manifesto signatories. The results have shown that the values associated with people are the most important, while the values associated with process come in the second level of importance.
The purpose of this study is to look into Jordanian customers' purchasing habits in regard to electronic commerce. The goal of this research is to investigate the impact of social media on electronic commerce trust and purchasing behavior. Trust's impact on social commerce was also investigated. Furthermore, the influence of social commerce on electronic commerce purchasing behavior has been studied in greater depth. This study proposed a conceptual model, which was empirically tested with a survey of 150 Jordanians. The study's findings stated that social media and social commerce had a significant impact on Jordanians' purchasing behavior toward e-commerce. Besides that, trust has a significant impact on social commerce. Furthermore, social commerce influences e-commerce purchasing behavior. Because the study was limited to Jordan, one of the primary limitations of this study is that the results cannot be generalized. Similar studies in other countries are needed to either support or refute our findings.
Telecentres plays an important role in bridging digital divide in Malaysia. A study was conducted to identify the issues of financial sustainability on 132 telecentres in Malaysia. The study focused on TCs in four regions of Malaysia Peninsular (northern, central, southern and eastern). Questionnaires were sent to the telecentres' operators. The results prove that financial support is critical in operating and maintaining the centers. The costs incurred in running telecentres involve the costs for promotion, staff, utilities, premise renting, and training. More than 75 percent of the telecentres are operating under tight cash budget. Recommendations are given to encourage telecentre's financial sustainability in the future.
