The stock price of companies listed in the LQ45 Index has decreased almost in all sectors, except the mining and infrastructure sectors are still in the green zone. This study aims to examine the effect of Return on Equity on stock prices and the size of the Company on the company's stock price. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method, while the data used was secondary data in the form of financial report data. The model is estimated using data panel regression, namely Common Effects Models (CEM), Fixed Effects Models (FEM), and Random Effects Models (REM). The results of this study indicate that financial performance has no significant effect on stock prices, and the size of the company also has no significant effect on stock prices.
This study has a problem formulation, namely whether price perception affects consumer buying interest in Lazada e-commerce and whether promotion affects consumer buying interest in Lazada e-commerce and whether online customer reviews affect consumer buying interest in Lazada e-commerce. And this study aims to determine whether price perceptions, promotions, and online customer reviews have an effect on consumer buying interest in Lazada e-commerce. The research method used is the Explanatory Research method. The sample obtained is 80 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the price perception variable partially had a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest in Lazada e-commerce. While the promotion variable partially has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest in Lazada e-commerce. And the online customer review variable partially has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest in Lazada e-commerce.Keywords: Buying Interest, Price Perception, Promotion, Online Customer Review
The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of the variable Leadership on employee performance (Case Study of PT. Suconfindo Padang). to examine the impact of the variable Motivation on performance (Case Study of PT. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to 38 respondents, by using test instrument test (validity test and reliability test), descriptive analysis, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test) multiple linear regression and t test, with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study show that leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance (Case Study of PT. Suconfindo Padang), motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance (Case Study of PT. Suconfindo Padang), work discipline has a positive and significant impact on employee performance employee performance (Case Study of PT. Suconfindo Padang).
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of personality and work discipline variables on the performance of the employees of the Pesisir Selatan Education and Culture Office. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to 59 respondents using a saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population are sampled, using multiple linear regression testing with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study show that personality has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of customer value and service quality on customer credit satisfaction at PT. BPR Mutiara Nagari Tanjung Ampalu. The population in this study were all credit customer of PT. BPR Mutiara Nagari Tanjung Ampalu. Determining the sample using the formula Slovin, the number of respondents as a sample in this study were 86 credit customers. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is the statistical t test. The results showed that customer value, empathy, and physical evidence has an effect on customer credit satisfaction at PT. BPR Mutiara Nagari Tanjung Ampalu. This is because customer value, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence, has a significant value is smaller than alpha 0.05
