Learning models that are only applied to face-to-face or online learning do not place students in learning situations anytime and anywhere. A conducive learning situation is important to design, especially in improving creative thinking skills, which include high-level abilities. The purpose of this paper is to describe how the blended learning model is able to provide wide space and opportunities for students to be actively involved in learning so as to foster creative thinking skills in problem solving. This research is an experimental study involving only one group. Data collection techniques used are tests, observations, and documentation. The research data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. The findings of this study are that 1) the blended learning model is proven to be effective in improving students' creative thinking skills, and 2) student involvement in learning has a positive impact on increasing creative thinking skills. Thus, blended learning learning designs that place students in learning situations without limitations of space and time are considered more effective in improving creative thinking skills.
The entrepreneurial trend among millennials has changed the understanding that entrepreneurship is only for adults. The millennials are heavily involved in entrepreneurship based on self-pleasure manifested in intrinsic motivation. This is because millennials' interaction with the business environment can create conditions for maturity to be more open. The purpose of this study is to describe millennials' engagement and what dimensions of intrinsic motivation and entrepreneurial behavior are most prominent and also to know the role millennials can play in enhancing self-motivation. The data collection uses a Likert scale on intrinsic motivation with the dimensions of interest, enjoyment, inherent satisfaction, and entrepreneurial behavior with the dimensions of taking risks, being persistent, creative, and innovative. Data analysis used descriptive statistical tests with the help of SPSS 25. The results showed that millennials are mainly involved in entrepreneurial activities because of their intrinsic motivation. So we need a program that encourages millennials to be in entrepreneurship by emphasizing the positive affective aspect.

The growing number of adolescents engaging in entrepreneurship indicates they are fond of what they do. Support from their families and friends serves as an important factor in such entrepreneurial behavior. This study aims to investigate the contribution of parental and peer social support in shaping intrinsic motivation in entrepreneurial adolescents. The respondents of this study included 64 adolescents of 18-21 years old who were entrepreneurial in the city of Bandung. The data were collected through a social support and intrinsic motivations scale which then analyzed using the multiple regression analysis techniques. The results indicate a positive relationship between parental and peer social support with the intrinsic motivations of entrepreneurial adolescents. The two variables together affect intrinsic motivation by 25.5%. Thus the social support received by entrepreneurial youth spurs intrinsic motivation that will give birth to entrepreneurial behavior. This research concludes that adolescents with social support possess such positive feelings as happiness, confidence, and personal autonomy that encourage the emergence of entrepreneurial behavior.
Mathematics textbooks that provide more descriptions of material and routine problems used so far cannot facilitate students in active learning activities. The lack of active students in learning activities causes creative thinking skills not to develop optimally. This paper aims to describe how problem-based learning textbooks can facilitate students in solving problems with different or varied solutions and even something new to foster creative thinking skills. This problem-based textbook has been developed and is one of the research products of IAIN Metro lecturers in 2021. This research is an experimental study consisting of experimental and control groups. Data collection techniques using tests and observations. The test data were analyzed using the mean difference test using the Mann-Whitney formula, while the observation data were analyzed using a descriptive qualitative approach. The findings of this study are constructive learning activities and open problems contained in problem-based learning textbooks significantly improve creative thinking skills. It is shown that the increase in creative thinking skills of students who study using problem-based learning textbooks is substantially higher than students who study using other textbooks. Thus, problem-based learning textbooks contribute to improving students' creative thinking skills.
