We studied features of preschool children’s nutrition. It was revealed that the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the average daily rations do not comply with the established requirements of the current regulations. A hygienic assessment of arsenic content in staple foods during the 2005–2016 period in the Primorsky Territory is given. The results of a study of the effects of arsenic content on the morbidity of the digestive system in children are presented. The dynamics of the primary morbidity indicators by average annual values is shown. A statistically significant relationship has been established between the actual concentrations of arsenic in food products and digestive diseases among the children of the Primorsky Territory.
A comprehensive hygienic assessment of the working conditions of the Test Laboratory Center employees in the «Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology in Primorsky Krai» was executed. Instrumental studies of the air in the working area have been performed, the levels of production noise, general vibration, microclimate parameters, light environment, non-ionizing electromagnetic fields, and radiations have been measured, time-related studies have been carried out to study the severity and intensity of the work process at workplaces in the structural subdivisions of the microbiological laboratory and the Department of sanitary and hygienic laboratory research. The biological factor at the workplaces for employees of the microbiological laboratory was studied. Harmful production factors were identified at the workplaces of the Test Laboratory Center of the office of The Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Well-Being, and their hygienic assessment was given. Based on the results of the general hygienic assessment the 3rd grade of working conditions of degree 3 was established in the microbiological laboratory and in the Department of sanitary and hygienic laboratory research there was the 3rd grade of working conditions of degree 1.
Competent perception by the population of the components of a healthy lifestyle and strict observance of its basic tenets leads to better health and increased life. However, the isolation and remoteness of some subjects of the Far Eastern Federal District affects the way of life of people. In this regard, there is a need to study the lifestyle of the population in the region. The article presents the results studies of lifestyle in the Far Eastern Federal District, obtained through a survey of the population of various age groups using a questionnaire specially developed by the authors. The development of the questionnaire was aimed at including in it the main components of a healthy lifestyle: rational nutrition; full sleep, including sleep hygiene; compliance with the regime of work and rest; compliance with hygiene standards and rules; rejection of bad habits; dosed physical activity; psychological comfort. After analyzing the results of the survey, it was found that than half of the respondents (53.4 %) did not consider it important to adhere to the principles of a healthy lifestyle, and those respondents who, according to the questionnaire, lead a healthy lifestyle, did not indicate all of its components. Based on the results of the study, the authors formulated conclusions about the possible reasons for non-compliance by the population with the principles of commitment to a healthy lifestyle. It is necessary to continuously conduct educational work with the population on issues of strengthening the principles and the formation of healthy lifestyle skills. The materials will be useful to municipal authorities involved in the preservation of public health, as well as to all those interested in the problems of sociology of health preservation of public health, as well as to all those interested in the problems of sociology of health.
The article presents the results of a hygienic study conducted in the territory of the Primorsky Territory to assess the primary incidence of digestive system organs among the children of the Primorsky Territory. For the study, data on the recorded primary incidence for 18 years were analyzed. Mapping of the primary morbidity was carried out, the attributive risk of digestive diseases was calculated. The territorial distribution of statistically significant average annual levels of primary morbidity showed that children are more likely to suffer from gastritis and duodenitis, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer in the northern part of the region, where the highest incidence rates are recorded — these are rural areas. with an unstable economic situation and areas of the eastern coast of Primorye with the most unfavorable climatic conditions. The results of calculating the attributive risk show that children (0–7 years old) living in rural areas of the Primorsky Territory belong to the risk group for diseases of the digestive system. The identified territories are the least economically developed, with the absence of powerful sources of anthropogenic pollution of the population's habitat. The results obtained in this work should be taken into account when choosing and substantiating the indicators of the regional information fund for social and hygienic monitoring, when developing effective primary prevention measures and making managerial decisions at the regional level in the field of health care for children and children. adolescents in the Primorsky Territory.
