The research objective is to develop a program to correct psycho-emotional and vascular-autonomic dysfunction with patients suffering from adenomyosis using complex radon, laser and drug treatment.
Material and methods. There were 100 women with adenomyosis complicated by psycho-emotional and vascular-autonomic dysfunction from the age of 23 up to 37 years old who underwent treatment at a branch of Pyatigorsk Clinic of North Caucasian Federal Scientific and Clinical Centre of Federal Medical and Biological Agency of Russia. The patients were divided into 2 groups by a randomized method: the main group received radon, laser and drug therapy with Melaxen, the group of comparison received radon and laser therapy.
Results. A comparative analysis showed the expediency of including adaptogens in the complex of sanatorium-and-spa treatment of patients with endometrial disease: the improvement of clinical symptoms in the main group compared to the group of comparison was more frequent by 1.36 times; normalization of vegetative management in the main group occurred with 72% of the patients compared to 52% in the group of comparison; in the main group the decrease in the intensity of anxious disorders was 2.64 times (p 0.01), against 1.46 times in the group of comparison (p 0.05); normalization of concentration of peptide and steroid hormones in blood serum in the main group was with 64% of the patients versus 42% in the group of comparison.
Conclusion. Inclusion of Melaxen in the complex of traditional sanatorium-and-spa treatment of patients with adenomyosis (radon and laser therapy) provides significant improvement of neuroendocrine system, psycho-emotional, vegetative-vascular status.

FUNCTIONAL STATUS OF ERECTILE COMPONENT IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC PROSTATITISTereshin A.T., Sosnowski I.B., Baisova E.B.The paper presents research data on the functional assessment erectile dysfunction in middle aged men with chronic prostatitis. Identified singns indicate significant effects of chronic prostatitis on erec tile disorder
Currently, therapeutic interventions for erectile dysfunction in chronic prostatitis encounter a number of obstacles due to the lack of system-structural approach to sex pathological syndromes so new possibilities of correction of sexual disorders should be explored adequately influencing all the hierarchical levels to ensure the copulatory cycle. The aim of the study is a pathogenetic substantiation of the system magnetic therapy in treatment of patients with chronic prostatitis with erectile dysfunction. Materials and methods. Monitoring of 40 patients with chronic prostatitis with erectile dysfunction aged 22 to 45 years was carried out. All patients taking physical therapy, prostate massage, psychotherapy correction of sexual maladjustment had a course of system magnetic therapy on Magnitoturbotron «EOL» in the «Standard» mode, the rotational speed of the magnetic field of 100 Hz in 1 Hz steps, the direction of rotation of the magnetic field was direct, clockwise, the maximum value of the magnetic field - 1.5-2.0 mT for 15 minutes a day in an amount of 15 procedures. Results. Application of the system of magnetic therapy for chronic prostatitis with erectile dysfunction has a direct effect on the prostate, helping to reduce edema, leukocyte infiltration and glands venules thrombosis and has antiplatelet activity, improving peripheral blood circulation and lymph flow, on the other hand, it increases the duration of erections, improves psychophysical and emotional state. The result is a normalization of the frequency of regular coitus, with the final phase of ejaculation, an improvement of mental and physical and emotional health, which is fundamental in terms of pathogenetic therapy of CP with erectile dysfunction. In addition surveys’ matrix correlation analysis carried out on a scale IIEF showed a clear relationship of the life quality improvement and the disappearance or significant decrease in the severity of pain, increased duration of erection and improvement of the functional status of the prostate.
There were 40 patients with a metabolic syndrome with erectile dysfunction under observation. All patients received physiotherapy exercises, psychotherapeutic correction of a sex disadaptation, epicutaneous electrical stimulation of cavernous bodies of a penis and muscles of a pelvic bottom, and acupuncture according to specially developed scheme. It is proved that the combination of medical methods provides duration of therapeutic effect after course of treat-ment. Normalization of integrated indicators of the International index of erectile function came at 72,5% of patients. Vegetative indicators reached values of norm at 72,5% of patients, normalization of volume of a prostate came at 72,5% of patients, a prostate hemodynamic – at 70% of patients. The penil hemodynamic was normalized at 72,5% of patients. Normalization of functional activity hypothalamic – adrenal and testicular system came at 70% of patients. Components of a copulative cycle reached values of norm at 70% of patients. Carbohydrate metabolism was normalized at 75%, lipide – at 72,5%, biochemical markers of endothelial dysfunction – at 72,5% of patients, the index of exacerbations of a metabolic syndrome decreased by 1,9 times. The remote results of therapeutic effect in 1 year after treatment showed that appreciable improvement was observed at 55%, improvement – at 25%, without improvement – at 20% of patients.
