The features of the process of fundamentalization of the content of professional training of future professional psychologists in modern conditions are considered in the article. Review of scientific publications on the topic of research; studied the works concerning the fundamentalisation of the content of professional training of future specialists. The basic principles of the fundamentalisation of the content of professional training of specialists in modern conditions are clarified. The regularities of the fundamentalisation of the content of the professional training of future professional psychologists in universities are revealed. Conclusions have been drawn from the work done and the prospects for further research in this area are outlined.
