Purpose: This article provides a detailed description of the stages of development of an information system of personalized psychophysiological testing using expert evaluation. The process of the information system design is presented, the developed functional models, database and algorithm of testing by students-experts are demonstrated. Methodology: As a result of the analysis, the features of commercial educational institutions in the field of practical psychology, as the main influencing factor can be identified as the amount of practical training in the direction of «Psychology», which is very different from the standard curriculum. Result: In the learning process, students, who acts experts, face following problems: absence of a clear structured hierarchy of indicators (test questions) in the evaluation of tests; lack of a procedure for formalization and evaluation of various qualitative and quantitative indicators (certain types of tests; lack of an effective tool that provides support for decision-making on the selection of personality type. The proposed system will solve these problems. Applications: This research can be used for universities, teachers, and students. Novelty/Originality: In this research, the model of Development of the Procedure of Testing with the Application of the Expert Evaluation Method in Psychophysiology is presented in a comprehensive and complete manner.
The article presents the results of psycho-emotional state assessment a person with Mitral regurgitation when he lies using the device for the physiological parameter record, and the possible ways of its pharmacological correction are offered. 77.5% of the subjects demonstrated the changes in the psycho-emotional state during some lie (the increase of heart rate made 10-30 beats relative to the norm, the increase of blood pressure and dilated pupils), the decrease of T wave amplitude was observed among 56% on the electrocardiogram, some of the subjects (18%) had a noticeable change of face color, mild tachycardia (79.5%), the change in the ratio of the electroencephalogram basic rhythms (87%). 5% of the subjects had a very strong tachycardia and pressure increase at the moment of stress, there were significant changes in the electrocardiogram. These students with Mitral regurgitations are recommended to conduct pharmacological correction of psycho-emotional state.
This study highlights one of the areas of modern electrophysiology of the human heart in health and in case of cervical cancer -multichannel synchronous registration of an electrostatic field on the patient's body surface. The physiological basis of the research method, hardware, methods of data analysis and presentation of results are briefly discussed. It has been shown that the limitations of diagnosis of the proposed method of analysis and interpretation of the results of electrocardiographic study can be useful in the early diagnosis of comorbid pathology of patients with cervical cancer.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
