In the study, we consider the methods for optimizing the configuration of the network structure of enterprises based on the theory of fuzzy sets. These methods allow customizing the value chain in such a way as to maximize the likelihood of the success of a joint project to create innovative products. A strategic decision to change the configuration of the network structure is made based on an analysis of deviations of the generalized capabilities from the generalized requirements for the enterprise and its closest neighbors along the value chain. This optimization principle allows changing the configuration, taking into account the interests of participants in the network structure as a whole. We have formulated the task of developing tools for enterprise engineering based on intelligent decision support technologies and multi-agent systems. The approach to justifying decisions in the conditions of lack and incompleteness of the initial data on the basis of soft models is an alternative to existing traditional methods. The proposed network structure optimization model will allow effective strategic planning, supporting flexible management mechanisms at the strategic and operational levels. The research results show that it is possible to improve the efficiency of interaction between enterprises united by common goals by using services that allow enterprises to find information about their potential partners.
Modern production of high-tech products is characterized by the transition from the traditional design paradigm to the new paradigm of designing a holistic unified set of products. In this regard, the process of designing high-tech products needed to be allocated into a separate typethe system design. Its main methodological provisions are presented in the study. The result of the generalization was the developed system design model, which included the engineering design and process design stages, a method for evaluating the unification effectiveness, suitable for use at both intraspecific and trans-species levels, and an algorithm for the practical use of an integrated model and proposals for its use at the stages of creation of high-tech products. The use of the methodological toolkit for system design of high-tech products allows reducing the cost of their creation, production and operation significantly, as well as obtaining the structure of production with balanced efficiency and cost. The practical implementation of the proposed tools is possible at the stage of selecting design organizations. The developed toolkit is universal and can be used in all sectors of the economy.
In the era of the transition processes associated with the change of technological structures, the growth of the intensity of information support for new products, and the growing threats of unauthorized copying of the results of intellectual activity, the problem of assessing the technical and consumer novelty of experimental products remains relevant. Solving the problems of assessing the significant changes (drift) of requirements to the consumer parameters of new products or the introduction of new functional capabilities into the technological processes of innovative enterprises creates a core competitive advantage - technical and consumer novelty. In order to complement existing methods and approaches to the problem posed, in this article we present models of functionally necessary and functionally sufficient structures that differ on the basis of the basic structures represented by the point of a multidimensional space of functionally significant parameters that take into account existing limitations imposed by the level of development of scientific and technological progress and the evolution of the social environment, allow to exert control effects on the drift functionally significant parameters at any stage of the life cycle of innovation, subject to the use of specialized Total Quality Management tools.
The realization of structural changes in high-technology industries requires an evaluation of the effectiveness of taken decisions. For this purpose, the paper considers the technical and economic feasibility of developing a system of indicators in industrial management, which will allow increasing the competitiveness of products. A set of indicators was developed, based on the formalization of the main characteristics and interrelation of the organizational structure, and an integral estimation of the organizational potential of high-technology enterprises was proposed. The application of such a technique in practice will give a preliminary conclusion about the nature of structural transformations. In developing the methodology, a criterion is proposed for estimating the competitiveness of a high-technology enterprise, which is based on the ratio of its potentials to actual risks. Structurally functional identification of the potentials of the processes of functional systems made it possible to reveal the features of the application of analytical models for determining the accumulated potentials in the production system. This gives the possibility for segmentation of the enterprise's competitiveness and determination of areas with different efficiency of resource consumption.
The paper includes a review of processes in managerial decision-making based on results of multi-agent simulation in development of enterprise information systems. Authors have proposed the multi-agent model, within which agents' actions depend on a hybrid function of preferences. On this basis, authors have formalized the method, with which it is possible to evaluate agents' judgments. The method combines qualitative, quantitative and fuzzy approaches provide by the decision-making theory and the idea of the criteria space divided into sectors. The synthesis of these approaches has made it possible to lower subjective uncertainty inherent in shared managerial decision making. For the multi-agent model, they have drafted event processing algorithms and identified criteria to evaluate simulation results necessary to support decision making in order to identify the most effective option in development of enterprise information system. Authors have also introduced a methodology-related toolkit in the form of software, including the multi-agent model, decision system and optimization module.
