Data science is an interdisciplinary area used to extract, visualize, analyze and generate knowledge from
data. The professionals in this area require a combination of mathematic, statistics, IT-competences in order to
successfully develop data analysis projects where there is a growing demand of data professionals to apply their
knowledge effectively to diverse areas from business to government, academia and non-profit organizations.
The article is dedicated to the issues of development of managers’ innovational activity as one of main
competences and characteristics of personal and professional development and marketing competitiveness of the
company. This aspect is analyzed according to psychological and acmeological approach representing manager as
a subject of changes. The article presents results of practical research of dynamics of development of managers’
innovational activity and theoretical model of managers’ innovational activity.
The article is dedicated to actual issues of development of human capital, investment to intangible assets and competences development of new generation of professionals. Authors examine this approach using the example of the «Competence platform» project for creating formation of developing environment which allows to create atmosphere of the competence development, identification of professional «self-position» and conditions for disclosure of human potential and talents along with providing opportunities for personal and professional growth.
