The article analyzes the formation of an innovative system of the enterprise and the development of its structure. It demonstrates the mechanism of introduction of the upgrading production project through the use of innovation system in order to transfer it into the category of high-tech. It shows an approach to the development of economic and mathematical model to manage the innovation system of a high-tech enterprise. It substantiated the choice of variables of economic and mathematical model, proposed the optimality criterion for the model, and investigated the criterion structure and set limits on the target function of effectiveness. The article is devoted to the substantiation and proof of the need to improve the methodology for documenting the facts of economic life as one of the fundamental initial elements of accounting. There is a discrepancy between the requirements of the legislation regarding the dating of the document and the practice of forming information about completed transactions, operations, etc.From the point of view of discounting, the Draft Federal Standard "Documents and Document Flow in Accounting"is considered. В статье дан анализ инновационных процессов высокотехнологичных предприятий с позиции фактора роста конкурентоспособности, а также показана значимость этих процессов в развитии предприятий и формировании экономики государства. На основе анализа положения инновационного развития в мировой экономике, занимаемого Российской Федерацией, приведена динамика затрат на технологические инновации по источникам финансирования. Показана инновационная активность добывающих, обрабатывающих производств, производства и распределения электроэнергии, газа и воды. Продемонстрирована заинтересованность использования научно-исследовательских подразделений на предприятиях и организациях, осуществлявших технологические инновации. Обоснованы процессы стимулирования и поддержки инновационной активности высокотехнологичных предприятий на уровне государства.
