The problems of ensuring the environmental safety of animal husbandry are discussed. Changes in the amount of organic waste (manure and droppings) are analyzed depending on changes in animal husbandry systems, processes and equipment for manure removal in 1990-2019. The information on up-todate technical regulation in the design and implementation of organic waste processing systems and waste use as organic fertilizers is presented.
