The article focuses on the future teachers' training experience for ensuring information security in the education system. The relevance of teachers' competent training of information security in the sphere of culture formation of younger generation and ensuring protection of information infrastructure of educational institution is proved. The following phenomena: information overloads; entropy; aggressive mass and communicative influence; resocialization, virtualization; provocation and initiation of conflict situations; primitivization; vulgarization; criminalization and gamization are considered as negative in the digital society by the researchers. The results of the questionnaire among the first-and second-year Bachelor students of Institutes of Energy and Automated Systems and Humanities, Nosov Magnitogorsk State Technical University on questions of destructive influence of the internet information resources are given. The article highlights the methods of students' information security competence formation in the field of internet and information security that were elaborated by the authors. The content of the subject "Information Security" is revealed, the technique and competences formations of future teachers in the sphere of ensuring information security is presented The article supplies with the examples of active methods application for information security training of future bachelors of pedagogical education.
The relevance of the work is confirmed by the need to ensure that vocational training meets the requirements of formal and non-formal, difficult to coordinate requirements of the education system and the labor market. The article proposes one way to solve this problem in the framework of control theory and knowledge engineering. A methodology for developing an ontological model is proposed and described for the formation of the content and assessment of ICT competencies of university students, based on two basic ideas: first, the definition of the boundaries of the subject area of competencies, for which the content and means of assessment are formed on the basis of harmonized regulatory framework (boundaries are defined by invariant and variant documents.); secondly, a mechanism for taking into account personal characteristics and needs in order to build an individual trajectory of professional education and self-training should be conceptualized and preliminarily designed. An ontological model developed based on this technique is presented for forming the content and evaluating the competencies of IT specialists using the example of the subject field “IT solutions for business on the 1C: Enterprise platform”. The development of the research topic is possible in the direction of expanding the functionality of the ontological model in terms of preparing for certification exams from venders, adding other areas of preparation and adding other subject areas. The knowledge base created based on the ontological model can become part of intelligent information systems of decision support for education systems and corporate training, as well as HR management. This article will be of interest to specialists involved in the development of new tools and methods for managing the educational process and self-learning processes in distance education systems.
In the information society Internet technologies provide not only positive information and psychological impact but negative and destructive one either. The lack of attention to the problems of prevention and correction of destructive information impact on young students in higher education institutions negatively affects the development of intellectual abilities of students, their professional socialization and it leads to the spiritual and moral degradation, economic and legal nihilism, which finally leads to a decrease the quality of training of future specialists. The research summarizes and arranges theoretical and empirical studies on the problem of forming resistance to negative effects of Internet resources on university students and young adults. A set of resistance-forming and preventing Internet negative effects recommendations is elaborated and can be applied for the process of teaching. Complex methodology is used for elaboration of methodical positions and practical recommendations. The proposed concept enriches pedagogical theory, brings to the new level of research problems of information-psychological security of students online activity. The developed suggestions are theoretical contribution to the content and technology development of educational support safe and efficient use of information resources in the preparation of future specialists at the university.
Globalization of information processes, the widespread penetration of information technology, the mass use of network services and their availability, are the cause of a new problem -the information security of a person and society. Availability of immoral, illegal content; the use of technology to promote unlawful acts, incitement to racial and other hatred, involvement of the new adherents to various political, sectarian, anti-social doctrines and trends; general culture decrease is influenced by the specificity of virtual communication and imaginary permissiveness -these and many other phenomena often bring irreparable harm to both an adult mature personality and a young, developing and unripe psyche of a teenager. Computerization and information, in particular, the introduction of information and communication technologies in the educational process have created a new kind of school behavioral problems -deviant behaviour in the field of information and communication technologies. The article is devoted to teacher training aspects of the deviant behaviour prevention in the field of ICT. The work represents the model of teacher competence on the aforesaid problem, its structure includes: key areas, sections, elements, performance criteria, necessary knowledge. The present work clarifies the concepts of "deviant behaviour in the field of information and communication technologies", "prevention of deviant behaviour in the field of information and communication technologies", the typology of deviations of behaviour in the field of ICT along with the viewing the main phenomena. There determined the main propositions of methods on realization of the complex of pedagogical conditions conducive to the efficiency of students education at pedagogical specialties of high school to the prevention of deviant behaviour of pupils in information and communication technologies. Materials research can be used to improve existing curricula and training programs for teachers to be training.
The phenomenon of academic cheating/e-cheating is not new, but due to the massive growth of higher education and development of ICT in recent years, the problem is still relevant for the higher education system. In the context of distance learning, during the pandemic, academic cheating/e-cheating among university students has significantly increased, the range of forms of IT manifestation has expanded, and there is also a tendency to increase students' tolerance for these practices in the learning process. The probability that cheating/e-cheating is widely used by students during their studies raises doubts about the students' academic performance, the quality of training for professional activities, devalues investments into the education by students and their families, undermines the image of the educational institution, etc.The aim of the study is to work out mechanisms (approaches, tools and methods) to prevent the decline in the quality of education and the validity of the assessment of knowledge caused by academic cheating/e-cheating of students, including in the short-and long-term pandemic consequences. Methodology. The paper uses the analysis of empirical and theoretical studies of foreign and Russian authors devoted to the study of the factors of unfair behaviour of students. The empirical basis of the study is the data of surveys of students and teachers of Russian universities. As a result of the study, it was found that academic cheating/e-cheating among students increased in the context of the pandemic; factors that encourage students to resort to unfair means to achieve educational goals were identified. The mechanisms of effective measures to prevent student cheating/e-cheating are proposed, based on both the individual (personal) characteristics of students and the features (characteristics) of the educational environment, including the role of the teacher, fellow students, the educational environment, software and technical support, etc.
