The results of the phased development and implementation of the educational environmental event "Elk Island - Clean Forest" are given as part of the environmental education of middle school students in garbage collection within the boundaries of a specially protected natural area, including legal, methodological and organizational stages, the implementation of which allowed for an extracurricular environmental event, identify problems of a methodological and organizational nature that require more detailed study, identify the effectiveness of individual components, and formulate some recommendations for similar events. The methodology of the ecological campaign "Clean Games", adapted for participants of secondary school age (12-16 years), as well as the development and results of an extracurricular environmental event "Elk Island - Clean Forest" are presented. The results obtained make it possible to assess the possibility of using the existing methodology and the need for its adjustment, taking into account the age characteristics of students, as well as the quality of learning material and the presence of increased interest of students in this problem.
В статье рассматриваются актуальные для образования вопросы, связанные с его личностным аспектом, смыслообразованием. В практике образования актуализация смысловой сферы учащихся реализуется через установление ими связи между целью учебной деятельности, а также содержанием образования, способами действия и мотивами. Известно, что наделение личностным смыслом совершается через такие операции, как оценивание, означивание, осмысливание, рефлексия. На основе обобщения имеющихся представлений об условиях динамики смысловой сферы автором предложены задания для актуализации и диагностики смыслообразования учащихся, они не только позволяют привлечь внимание к смысловому наполнению текстов, но также обеспечивают возможность воплотить в форме учебных заданий собственные инициативы, замыслы, представления. Включение в сценарий учебного и воспитательного занятия заданий, направленных на осмысление учащимися учебного материала, открывает перед педагогом дополнительные ресурсы как для организации личностно значимого обучения, так и для собственного профессионального развития. The article substantiates the systemic quality of digital society as an internal need for digital equality. The basis of the proof is the analysis of new properties of modern information: accessibility (spatial distribution and affordability) and dynamism (increase of its quantity and quality). It is shown that systematic quality is implemented through the production-technical and institutional-economic relations of the digital society thanks to the technologies of the second wave of the digital revolution: open information systems, a comprehensive Internet and big data, cloud technologies and social networks. The article presents the mechanisms changing under the influence of the system quality of the digital society: ensuring management at all levels, forming an optimal sectoral structure, identifying new sources of economic growth, changing the role of an individual in solving the problem of social development. The article summarizes that models, tasks and forms of realization of modern digital policy depend on the degree of implementation of the system quality, i.e. equality.
