The global environmental problems of mankind are analyzed in the article The analysis of major factors and consequences of an adverse effect of human activity on the environment is carried out. Some possible measures which could reduce the consequences of adverse anthropogenic effect of person on the environment are offered.
Tourism as one of the areas of socially significant activity is becoming increasingly widespread both at the domestic and international level. The interaction of tourists with the natural environment can bring irreparable harm and significant benefits. At a time when attention to the environment has grown significantly, the movement of environmentally responsible tourism has arisen and is rapidly developing. Its purpose is to learn about the world and promote environmental protection. The article considers some issues of legal regulation of ecotourism in Russia, analyzes proposals for amendments to regulatory and law enforcement sources, proposes the formulation of the concept of “ecotourism”, codifies this area in order to properly protect and protect natural territories and their economic and social development.
At present, the problem of compensation for damage caused to the environment by the negative impact of humans and economic entities is one of the most important for all countries of the world, including the Russian Federation. The result of human impact on the environment is climate change, as well as the condition of individual objects of the environment that are essential for human life. Depletion and pollution of the environment are enormous. Forms of human use of environmental objects are becoming more numerous and diverse. No less diverse are the sources of damage. This requires the development of effective legal mechanisms for compensation for damage in order to maintain the familiar state of the environment.
In the article, the author examines some of the issues of improper land use. In the modern Russian state, the problem of misuse, mismanagement and irrational use of lands of various categories is one of the urgent problems, since it leads to the loss of useful properties of land use and especially valuable categories of land. A particularly valuable category of land includes agricultural land, the number of which is constantly decreasing. At the same time, the most urgent problem is the choice of effective and targeted forms of agricultural land use as a special environmental object. An urgent problem is the problem of applying effective forms of land use in the production and economic activities of economic entities. This problem is not only national, but also international. It is necessary to analyze the norms of the current legislation in order to highlight the main problems and possible forms aimed at the targeted use of land.
