The composition of all-mashes for young rabbits when granulating liquid grain molasses was introduced as a binder. To find the optimal parameters of the process of granulation of all-mashes containing grain molasses, studies were conducted on an experimental setup. To improve the nutritional value and digestibility of all-mashes in the recipes were introduced probiotic feed additive "Sportermin", "Prostor" sorbents "Carbitoks" and "Fungistat-GPK". To find the optimal parameters of the process of granulation of all - mashes, studies were conducted on an experimental setup, including a press granulator, using the method of statistical planning of a multifactorial experiment. Mathematical models of the process of granulation of mixed fodders with grain molasses, establishing the dependence of granularity and energy consumption of the selected factors: as a result of granulation of loose feed under optimal conditions of good quality granules. As a result of a comprehensive evaluation of the quality of complete granulated all-mashwe found that the resulting all-mash, investigated by physico-chemical, organoleptic, microbiological and safety indices, meet the requirements for all-mash for feeding young rabbits. It is established that the rabbits of the experimental groups receiving a balanced, prepared in accordance with the detailed rules of the diet arebetter digested nutrients of the feed compared with the control peers, which further had a positive impact on the performance of their meat productivity. Enrichment of mixed fodders for feeding livestock calves rabbits probiotic microorganisms comprising the probiotic used preparations has a positive influence on meat efficiency, preservation and increase of biological value of rabbit meat. The developed recipes of complete feed with the introduction of feed probiotic additives will increase their digestibility by 10-15%.
The value of oil cakes as fodder products is determined by their composition. High protein content, presence of carbohydrates, fat, phosphorus-containing substances, mineral elements, vitamins make them an indispensable tool in farm animals feeding. The use of unconventional plant resources in the production of mixed fodders, such as amaranth cake, enhances their nutritional and biological value, as well as provides more complete digestion of the animals. In this type of raw materials there are nutrients in a concentrated form that have a positive effect on their productivity. To determine the possibility of amaranth cake using as a component of mixed fodder, its technological properties were investigated. To do this, the physical and mechanical properties of the product were studied (moisture content, bulk density, angle of natural slope). The hygroscopic properties of amaranth cake were studied. It was found out that the value of the hygroscopic point corresponds to the optimum values characteristic of the main types of raw materials for the production of mixed fodders. The research carried out allows to predict optimum properties of the amaranth cake in the course of its processing and storage. The technological regimes for the preparation of a raw material new type for input into the composition of mixed fodders, i.e., the grinding regimes, are substantiated. The ability of amaranth cake to dispense was studied, statistical processing of the results obtained was carried out; it allowed to evaluate these properties positively. Similar results were obtained during mixing. As a result of this work, the parameters of mixed fodders granulation with different contents of this component were studied. The regimes of the process on the granulation line in the conditions of full-feed mixed fodders production using amaranth cake at the enterprise are determined. It was found out that the produced granulated mixed fodder corresponded to the established requirements in quality.
The productive qualities of rabbits and meat quality depend on proper feeding. But due to the intensive technologies introduction in rabbit breeding, the animals stress sensitivity increases, their physiological status decreases, causing pathological conditions. Probiotic additives enhancing the animals immune status and resistance and having a positive effect on their productivity are introduced into the production cycle to increase the safety of young animals, as well as to restore and maintain the microflora of the digestive tract. This approach allows to reduce the consequences of the uncontrolled antibiotics use , which contribute to increased variability of pathogenic microflora and their accumulation in the breeding object tissues. The effectiveness of the Sporothermin probiotic complex application to increase the physiological status and efficiency of rearing young rabbits was studied in the work. The studies were carried out on a cross-breeding stock of rabbits obtained by industrial crossing of the parental forms of the breeds Soviet chinchilla and New Zealand red at the age of 60 days in the industrial complex LLC Lipetsk rabbit. The effect of the probiotic complex on the immune and clinical status was studied in 60 rabbits, divided into control and experimental groups using the pair-analogue method. Rabbits of the control group received PK-90 compound feed, the experimental group rabbits were fed with PK-90 compound feed with the introduction of the Sporotermin probiotic complex in a dosage of 0.6 and 1.0 g / kg of compound feed. The application of a probiotic complex in an optimally selected dosage of 1.0 g / kg of compound feed had a positive effect on the growth rate, physiological status of the organism and the quality indicators of rabbit meat, which is the basis for its use in industry
