The purpose of this article is to consider the content characteristics of the process of formation of speech abilities of students of higher educational institutions, methods of teaching speech and the possibility of their application in the educational process. The main methods of research of speech competence were theoretical and methodological analysis of the problem, comparative analysis, experiment, as well as mathematical methods of data processing that allow us to determine stable relationships and relationships, trends and patterns. In the course of the research, the coherence and complexity of students ' utterances were considered at the speech level. The analysis of the products of students 'speech activity allowed us to consider the linguistic characteristics of the text at the language, speech and content-semantic levels, and psychological, operational-dynamic, motivational, cognitive, emotional, regulatory and productive components of students' speech actions.
The article analyzes the current trends and conditions for the development of students 'speech-thinking abilities and the formation of students' speech competence, and examines modern methods used in the classroom to improve the speech culture of future specialists. The data of the ascertaining experiment showing the level of development of speech competence of students are given. Criteria and factors of speech formation are considered. It is emphasized that the leading principle of educational process management is the formation of motivational factors and reflection of students in terms of the quality of their speech. Promising technologies for the formation of speech competence of specialists are identified. The main direction of development of speech competence of students at the present stage is the formation of speech culture based on linguistic, cultural, situational, professional levels; taking into account the psychological characteristics of specialists, factors of motivation and reflection of students. The leading methods of speech training are teaching methods that correspond to a person-oriented technology, problem tasks (search-game, cognitive-search, role-playing games, discussions), language exercises, emotional-behavioral tasks, and others).
The article reveals the main reasons, sources, nature and content of falsifications of the history of the World War II and the Great Patriotic war and discrediting their results, the role and significance of the victory of the Soviet people. It defines the main directions of modern falsifications of the history of the Second World War and the great Patriotic war, their conditionality with the nature and content of the current stage of development of international relations, the aggravation of global competition. Measures are proposed to neutralize the destructive influence of falsifications in modern conditions.
The article analyzes the main stages of the development of the political subjectivity of Ukraine, its formation as an independent state entity. Geographically located within the historical Old Russian principalities, despite its deep historical roots, nevertheless, it belongs to the category of "young" European states, the independent development of which dates back a little more than 30 years. The collapse of the USSR created the conditions for the development of Ukraine as a sovereign state. Nevertheless, the opportunities provided for the effective development of Ukrainian statehood were not realized. The result of ill-conceived, chaotic transformations was the development of crisis processes in all spheres of life of Ukrainian society. A special stage in the development of modern statehood of Ukraine and the implementation of its anti-Russian foreign policy course was the events related to the coup d'etat in Kiev in February 2014. The protests that began in November 2013, related to the suspension of the signing of the Association Agreement with the European Union, eventually led to mass riots and a coup d'etat in Kiev on February 22–23, 2014. After the coup d'etat, the activities of the Ukrainian leadership that came to power are aimed at forming the image of the enemy in the person of Russia, guilty of all the troubles and troubles, the failed "Ukrainian showcase of Europe". The most significant results of the transformation of Ukraine's statehood that followed the coup d'etat were the destruction of the entire spectrum of bilateral relations and ties with Russia, the construction of an enemy image in Russia, progressive Russophobia, an internal political civilizational split in society, discrimination of the population of Ukraine on linguistic and religious grounds, and other destructive political processes. The influence of negative factors on the situation in Ukraine is significantly aggravated by the presence of a complex of unresolved internal political problems that generate a split in Ukrainian society, instability and escalation of tension and conflict. The article defines the main directions of the current stage of development of the Ukrainian state. The main directions of further escalation of the Ukrainian crisis are identified. The main sources and reasons for the implementation of the anti — Russian trend in Ukraine's foreign policy, the implementation of the concept of Ukraine — "Anti-Russia"are revealed.
