В статье рассматривается феномен социальной трансформации профессиональной роли участкового врача-терапевта в современных общественно-исторических условиях. Авторы на основе изучения особенностей взаимоотношений врача-терапевта и пациента выделяют главный спектр социальных ожиданий в отношении медицинской профессии. Одновременно на фоне преобразований организационных условий профессиональной деятельности, затрагивающих практику работы медицинских специалистов, наблюдается изменение требований к выполняемым представителями врачебных профессий функциям и ролевым задачам. Не менее важным фактором изменений профессиональной роли врача-терапевта выступают революционно трансформирующиеся социально-культурные установки современного общества. Указанные обстоятельства обусловливают формирование ряда ролевых конфликтов при выполнении врачом-терапевтом профессиональных обязанностей и влияют на специфику конструирования его профессиональной идентичности (самоопределения), вследствие чего трансформируются и составляющие профессиональной роли.

The article considers main discourses of investigation of labor employment of graduates of medical universities as exposed in scientific publications. On the basis of analysis of relevant data array thematic sets of problems conditioning imbalance of labor market and inadequate efficiency of interaction of major actors involved into the mentioned process are marked out. The comprehension of nature of mechanisms of labor market accounting multi-value of the given occurrence acts as a necessary condition of development of effective strategy of solving the problem of employment of graduates of medical universities.
The article presents the results of medical sociological study targeted to analyze concepts and motivational attitudes of students of medical universities related to healthy life-style and its components. The results demonstrate that students, though accepting importance of one's health promotion, committed to unhealthy life-style. They even more often refuse from regular exercises and are not enough active in issues of disease prevention and health promotion. The healthy life-style of students of medical universities is rather exclusion than prevalent practice.
The pandemic of the new coronavirus infection, determined, the need for accelerated transformations in the fi of national health, as well as a change in the usual principles and approaches in the system of higher medical education. The article, using the example of the Sechenov University case as the flagship of higher medical education in the country, analyzes the experience of operational restructuring of the organization of the university’s activities and highlights the key vectors of the educational process reorganization and training of medical personnel in the context of the spread of COVID-19.Sechenov University, based on the existing digital content modified the lecture materials into a digital format, adapted individual distance learning algorithms to the educational process of a medical university. The result is the preservation of the quality of education, the adaptation of educational programs, taking into account new formats and technologies for the delivery of knowledge, a flexible response to the demands of consumers of educational services of the University.
