Мета: обґрунтувати актуальність стандартизації процесу проведення військових (дослідних) випробувань, визначення кількісних характеристик критеріїв оцінки якості стандартів фізичної підготовки військовослужбовців Збройних Сил України. Матеріал і методи: проведено аналіз актуальності питання стандартизації процесу розробки, організації та проведення військових (дослідних) випробувань, визначення кількісних характеристик критеріїв оцінки якості стандартів фізичної підготовки військовослужбовців, застосованих у розвинених країнах та в Україні. Результати: розглянуто значення стандартизації документів, що стосуються керівництва та організації фізичної підготовки у ЗС України, досягнення критеріїв відповідності стандартам ФП збройних сил країн -членів НАТО. Запропоновано зміст стандарту. Висновки: актуальність створення стандарту при проведенні військових випробувань контрольних вправ фізичної підготовки для військовослужбовців та підрозділів Збройних Сил України доведена потребою у досягненні критеріїв відповідності стандартам ФП збройних сил країн -членів НАТО. Відсутність нормативної бази ускладнює організацію та виконання науково-дослідної роботи, оперативних завдань з розробки нових стандартів фізичної підготовки для Збройних Сил України. Conclusion: urgency of creating a standard in conducting military tests of physical training exercises for servicemen and units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has proved the need to achieve criteria for compliance with the standards PP of the armed forces -NATO members countries. The lack of a regulatory framework makes it difficult to organize and carry out research and development work, operational tasks to develop new standards of physical training for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The purpose of the study was to determine the effectiveness of the program of physical training of cadets of military institutions of higher education at the stage of primary education with the use of crossfit. Materials and methods. The pedagogical experiment (testing) was conducted according to the control exercises according to TNFP-2014, namely: running for 100 meters, pull-ups on the crossbar and running for 3000 meters. The formative experiment was conducted during five stages: the first stage (beginning of primary military training – beginning of the first semester (initial data), the second stage (beginning of the first semester – end of the first semester), the third stage (beginning of the second semester – end of the second semester); the fourth stage (beginning of the third semester – end of the third semester), the fifth stage (beginning of the fourth – the end of the fourth semester). The indicators shown by the cadets at the end of the research stage were used for the analysis. For the reliability of the study by the method of equivalent pairs, we formed an experimental (n = 94) and control (n = 94) groups. Results and discussion. The paper finds that research related to determining the effectiveness of the program of physical training of cadets of military institutions of higher education at the stage of primary education using crossfit proved that the proposed content of classes on the program can reliably maintain a sufficient level of general physical qualities. During the pedagogical experiment, the dynamics of the results of the cadets of the experimental and control groups in the 100-meter run is progressive. At the same time, in the first-third semesters of study, the indicators do not differ significantly (p > 0.05). In the fourth semester, the cadets of the experimental group performed significantly better than the control group by 0.25 s (p <0.01). The results in the pull-up on the crossbar during the experiment in the cadets of the experimental group increased by 6.27 times (p <0.001) and are assessed as "excellent". At the end of the experiment, the average results of the 3 km run in the cadets of the experimental group (12 min. 16 s) according to the Provisional Guidelines for Physical Training are rated "excellent", and cadets in the control group (12 min. 49 s) – rated "satisfactory". Conclusion. Thus, the results of indicators of basic physical qualities of cadets indicate the positive impact of crossfit on indicators of physical development and physical health of cadets and leads to higher results of basic physical qualities at the stage of primary education
<em>Objective</em>: substantiation of the expediency of using mathematical evaluation criteria for determining the means of diagnosing a set of knowledge, skills and other competences acquired during the training of military men in the emotional (affective) sphere. <em>Material: </em>the study was attended by 67 cadets of the Air Force University, who are not the pilots and are at the 3rd year of study. For assessing the ability to manage their behavior through management of emotions, a technique of studying the emotional intelligence of military personnel at different stages of training and physical tests are related to overcoming objective and subjective obstacles. For the processing of the results was used the method of correlation, discriminant analysis and decision tree methods for the classification problem. The significance level for all statistics was established at p <0.05. <em>Results: </em>A positive linear relationship between the levels of performance of special exercises and the level of emotional stability were established. The models of discriminant analysis and the rule of classification of the recognition of the level of emotional stability according special physical preparedness level are determined. It was established that exercises in the obstacles course and turns in the gymnastics wheel are the main variables that allow classifying the students according to the level of emotional stability. <em>Conclusions: </em>The using of mathematical criteria for evaluating the results of the implementation of special exercises can differentiate according to the objective characteristics of cadets in category and simplifies the methodological work on recognition in the dynamics of physical improvement of military personnel, a local assessment of emotional and volitional resistance to the negative impact of the factors of modern combat.
