The main purpose of our study is to form a demonstration model of the main processes for introducing digital technologies into the human resources management system for engineering enterprises. Digital transformations are associated with management changes, which are based on the technologies of the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, blockchain, machine learning, Industry 4.0, Big Data in all spheres of public life. Investing in human capital has always been considered a productive investment. The digital economy has increased the urgency of increasing labor productivity through the transformation of human governance mechanisms. The main and key processes of the introduction of digital technologies in the human resources management system of the engineering enterprise were considered. The digitalization of society has radically changed people's lives and opened up new opportunities in the field of human resources management. The digital transformation of the human resources system affects all types of businesses, from large corporations to small micro-firms. As a result, the key stages and processes of implementation of digital technologies in the human resources management system of the enterprise were presented. The research methodology consisted of the application of modeling and graphical display methods.

The purpose of the study involves the presentation of a methodological approach to planning in the management system of innovative and production activities of enterprises for the sustainable economic development of the region. To achieve the goals set, a number of methods were used that formed the research methodology. The main practical method that was used is the method of functional modeling and graphical demonstration of the process. The method is a modeling technique with specific goals and sub-processes to achieve it (IDEF). The results of the study demonstrated the formation of decompositions of models, each of which offers certain areas for improving planning in the management system of innovative and production activities of enterprises for the sustainable economic development of the region. The model was presented in the practice of several enterprises in a particular region. The model has all the principles of effective application for the implementation of the planning function in the management system of innovative and production activities of enterprises for the sustainable economic development of the region. Originality is manifested in the application of existing methods in a new field.
The paper's purpose is to provide recommendations for the effective managing the companies' development taking into account the sectoral key elements' transformation. Methodology. The enterprise profits' econometric simulation is conducted to determine the most significant factors influencing their development. According to the model testing result, their multicollinearity was revealed. To get rid of the multicollinearity phenomenon from the profit models, isolated regressors are excluded, namely, return on assets, material returns, return on equity. To obtain qualitative models with a small error of model parameters estimation and, accordingly, high reliability of the conclusion about the interrelation between the factors of the model and the resulting feature, factors in the income model that are not closely interconnected, that is, not multicollinear, are included. Determination coefficients R 2 and F-criterion were calculated for model quality checking. The modern printing enterprises of Ukraine key elements, connected with integration into the global information space, are analysed. Results. The interrelation between a company's development and earning capacity is identified in the study. The profit importance as the main source for enterprise financing is substantiated. Factors that have the greatest impact on the enterprises' development are labour productivity, financial autonomy, working capital turnover, and the character of their influence is most adequately reflected by the power model. Peculiarities of the enterprises' activity include increased competition at the inter-branch level, poorly developed industrial relations, and the own sources of financing activities shortage. Practical implications. Based on information on the most significant developmental impact factors, directions for perspective enterprises development for their competitiveness increase are proposed: diversification based on the activity expansion, the enterprises' organizational structure change, investment development. The actuality of diversification's activity for profit increase due to new markets development is determined. It was found that corporations are the most acceptable organizational form for the enterprise. The urgency of investment development for printing companies is proved connected with the production modernization's necessity, ensuring the manufacture of competitive products. Value/originality. To ensure the effective enterprises' development based on development concept, a model for managing the printing companies' development is worked out. The model for managing the companies' development is prepared based on the concept that takes into account the peculiarities of enterprise activity and priority directions of their development, improves the directions for enterprises adaptation understanding in the competitiveness growth conditions.
Annotation. Introduction. At the present stage of society development scientific and technical activity which is based on innovative breakthroughs, is the major factor of production intensification and growth of its economic performance. One of the conditions for the creation and successful entry into the innovative market is a high level of organization development processes and implementation of innovative projects. Among all types of projects, innovative is the most risky type of projects. Therefore, it requires a very in-depth analysis of the risks of its implementation and an assessment of project efficiency. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to clarify the essence of the concept of ” innovative project”, its role and significance for the activities of enterprises, as well as the need to assess the effectiveness. Results. The article is focused on the essence of evaluation of innovative projects efficiency. The approaches of domestic and foreign scientists in a direction of development of innovative activity and strategic development of the enterprise are investigated. The necessity to improve methods of innovative projects evaluation has been justified, in accordance with the specificity and complexity of an innovative project implementation, related to many risks. The main methods of the innovative projects evaluation and typical disadvantages of the existing methods were identified, and ways of eliminating these disadvantages were proposed. Review of the interpretation of various authors in terms of the definitions of innovation and innovation project. Conclusions. It is concluded that the importance of evaluation of innovative projects are very important and explained the size of the indicators in its structure, reflecting the prospects and threats of the enterprise in the development and implementation of innovative projects. It has been determined that an innovative project is a complex system of mutually-conditional and related goals and programs to achieve them, which represent a set of research, development, production, organizational and other activities, appropriately designed sets of project documentation and provide an effective solution to a specific scientific and technical problem, expressed in quantitative terms, and leads to the appearance of innovation.
