The work provides multi-purpose optimization of the baklava production process based on technology of agent systems, the intelligent environment of process control systems. The general architecture of the control system intelligent environment with agent technologies for recognizing abnormal situations was developed and adaptive baklava production regulators were synthesized. It allows you to get the specified dynamic characteristics of the control object based on the developed adaptive systems for adjusting the PID controllers, controlling the parameters of the dough, kneading, separation and baking of baklava. The proposed approach to the construction of an automated process control system with an intelligent environment will reduce the variance of fluctuations in energy consumption, increase the production rate of high-quality baklava and reduce the time for re-equipment and technological modes of operation of baklava production lines.
PurposeThe role of social media in the tourism industry growth cannot be ignored, because today the internet and social media platforms are one of the most popular information channels used by potential tourists and have become one of the main sources of online travel information. This study investigates the role of content cues of tourism information quality provided in Elie Gasht firm's Instagram page on enhancing awareness of the destination brand and forming users' destination image.Design/methodology/approachA quantitative research design was used to validate the hypotheses proposed in this research. A survey was deployed using the convenience method among 187 users of Elie Gesht's Instagram page to test the theoretical model. The structural relationships in the research were examined using the partial least squares structural equation modeling.FindingsThe findings of the present research indicated that the content cues of the quality of information provided by the firm have a positive effect on enhancing destination brand awareness and in turn improve affective image and cognitive image. Eventually, the content cues of the quality of information provided by the firm impact the formation of a conative image through the affective and cognitive image of the destination.Practical implicationsPragmatically, the findings of this study urge policymakers of tourism companies, managers and destination marketers to take into account the special role of the firm's social media in enhancing destination brand awareness, which in turn promotes destination brand image. Therefore, providing empirical evidence on what leads to the promotion of destination brand awareness and different types of image formation of the destination due to information content quality provided by the firm on social media, provides managerial insights for corporate marketers and tourism destinations.Originality/valueThis study contributes to the body of knowledge on the role of quality of tourism information content presented in the firm's social media by providing empirical evidence on enhancing destination brand awareness and destination image formation. It also helps firm managers and planners build their marketing strategies to attract more customers through social media.
Noise is considered one of the most critical environmental issues because it endangers the health of living organisms. For this reason, up-to-date knowledge seeks to find the causes of noise in various industries and thus prevent it as much as possible. Considering the development of railway lines in underdeveloped countries, identifying and modeling the causes of vibrations and noise of rail transportation is of particular importance. The evaluation of railway performance cannot be imagined without measuring and managing noise. This study tried to model the maximum A-weighted noise pressure level with the information obtained from field measurements by Emotional artificial neural network (EANN) models and compare the results with linear and logarithmic regression models. The results showed the high efficiency of EANN models in noise prediction so that the prediction accuracy of 95.6% was reported. The results also showed that in noise prediction based on the neural network-based model, the independent variables of train speed and distance from the center of the route are essential in predicting.
Currently, the introduction of the patient-oriented approach in healthcare is relevant in the framework of improving the quality and accessibility of medical care. The aim of the research was to study the conditions and principles of the formation of a patientoriented model of a medical organization. The study used research materials in the field of patient-oriented treatment in healthcare. The main research method was content analysis. The patient-centred approach is based on eight principles: respect for consumer values; integrity of the medical diagnostic process; patient awareness; creation of comfortable conditions; providing emotional support; ensuring the continuity of the treatment process; ensuring access to medical care. The introduction of the patient-oriented approach may be hindered by a number of factors: an inflexible system of remuneration and linking the number of patients served to the level of remuneration. In addition, the key basic principle of the patient-oriented approach is to increase patient compliance and patient loyalty. Thus, when forming patient-oriented management in a medical organization, it is necessary to be guided in decision-making primarily by the interests of the patient. The introduction of the patient-oriented approach leads to increased commitment and loyalty of future patients. The development of a patient-oriented approach is also an important factor in strengthening public health (the formation of a sports lifestyle, the introduction of individual physical activity).
