The concept of "sustainable transport" as transport, which provides social and economic benefits while minimizing the adverse impact on society, the economy and the environment is identified in article. The concept of a "sustainable transport system" as a system that gives access to it to individuals and legal entities in a safe and consistent manner in accordance with human health, ecosystem needs, and meets the needs of current generations, leaving future generations with the opportunity to meet their needs, and offers a choice of safe vehicles, limiting emissions and waste, contributing to noise reduction, and reducing non-renewable consumption, consumption and reuse of renewable resources is also considered. The following factors that influence the destabilization of the processes of sustainable development of the transport system have been identified and investigated: the volumes of emissions of the main pollutants, the number of accidents, the number of victims in road accidents, the volumes of shipment (transportation) of goods by motor transport and the total number of population, using the methods of statistical analysis. The EU indicators in the field of sustainable development of the transport system (share of energy consumption in transport in the total GDP, distribution of transport tasks in freight traffic, distribution of transport tasks in passenger transport, greenhouse gas emissions by vehicles, emissions from transport overload accidents, emissions of vehicles) are analysed in this study and also the prerequisites of forming a similar system of indicators taking into account social, economic and environmental aspects to control the sustainable development of transport at the state level are investigated. Using the methods of factor analysis, the directions of sustainable development of the motor transport industry of Ukraine were estimated. A system of indicators for sustainable development of road transport in the regional dimension has been developed, which includes the characteristics of the transport system, mobility, the impact of transport, and ways of its integration into the national system of indicators have been proposed. The developed system of indicators will allow to coordinate the sustainable development of vehicles by maintaining optimal values of indicators in key areas.

У статті досліджено ринок молока та молочної продукції України, обґрунтовано перспективи розвитку цього ринку у воєнний час та проаналізовано методи вибору альтернативних ринків збуту. Здійснено аналіз динаміки поголів’я корів, виокремлено причини зміни обсягу виробництва і переробки молока та молочної продукції в Україні. Сформовано перелік проблем постачання молочної продукції та потреб молочного сектору досліджуваного ринку. Досліджено нові перспективні ринки збуту для реалізації української молочної продукції. Ідентифіковано поняття ланцюга постачання та логістичної мережі молокопродукції. Запропоновано оптимізацію ланцюга постачання з використанням методів мережевого управління та планування постачання молочної продукції на прикладі ТОВ «Радивилівмолоко» задля скорочення витрат та зменшення часу виконання процесу постачання через удосконалення таких систем: закупівля, виробництво, транспортування, оформлення документації.

Проаналізовано та систематизовано досвід вітчизняних та зарубіжних науковців щодо методів управління ризиком. Проведено класифікацію зовнішніх та внутрішніх ризиків підприємства, виокремлено логістичні ризики підприємства. Виявлено типи логістичних ризиків, які можуть виникати в ланцюгу постачання. Ідентифіковано причини виникнення «Ефекту бичачого батога» у ланцюгах поставок та проаналізовано його негативні наслідки для підприємства. Обгрунтовано тісний взаємозв’язок маркетингових та логістичних рішень в управлінні ланцюгами поставок. Актуалізовано необхідність інтеграції інструментів маркетингу і логістики з метою підвищення ефективності функціонування ланцюгів поставок шляхом оптимізації портфелю брендів підприємства, використано методи математичного програмування для формування оптимальної інвестиційної програми ПрАТ «Карлсберг Україна».

У статті проаналізовано та систематизовано досвід вітчизняних та іноземних вчених щодо основних тенденцій розвитку діджитал-технологій у банківському секторі. Актуалізовано важливість дослідження впливу чинників діджиталізації на маркетингову привабливість комерційного банку для фізичних осіб. Обґрунтовано необхідність використання діджитал-технологій у банківській діяльності, що покращує обслуговування клієнтів; зменшує операційні витрати банку; пришвидшує виконання банківських операцій та підвищує конкурентоспроможність та, відповідно, маркетингову привабливість банку. Виявлено перешкоди (бар’єри) використання цифрових інструментів у роботі з клієнтами комерційного банку. Проведено оцінювання вагомості параметрів маркетингової привабливості банківської установи для клієнтів-фізичних осіб і здійснено їх ранжування. Проаналізовано та проведено чисельну оцінку впливу діджиталізації на маркетингову привабливість банку з точки зору фізичних осіб.

Russia's full-scale military invasion of Ukraine led to the occupation of a large part of the territory of Ukraine, active warfare in the East and South parts of Ukraine, activation of military logistics, rapid development of humanitarian logistics. At the same time, non-kinetic warfare, destruction of functional society, attack on the logistics infrastructure and supply chain disruptions are observed. Civil Logistics and Supply Chains acquired the specifics of working in wartime conditions – constant danger, brittle, anxious, nonlinear, incomprehensible. The following two research questions were asked in the paper. First – how was it possible to ensure the functioning of the supply chains, overcoming logistics obstacles. Second – how are the events unfolding and what strategic consequences will the war have for Ukraine's logistics landscape. To answer the first research question, the focus group method was used (the representativeness of which was ensured by top managers of logistics companies). The answer to the second research question was obtained by the method of summarizing and systematizing figures and facts about the events that have a direct impact on the logistics industry of Ukraine, supplemented by the method for graphical visualization of research results – Futures-Wheel. As a result, the highlighted strategies that were used in managing supply chains when facing logistics obstacles caused by war can potentially be useful in other crises. Futures-Wheel presents an overall picture of the impact of war on the logistics landscape of Ukraine as well as a vision of the future
