The article summarises the advanced world experience in government regulation of the automotive industry using the example of the leading automotive manufacturing countries – China, Japan, India, South Korea, the USA, and the European Union. Leading approach to the study of this problem is the comparative method that has afforded revealing peculiarities of the primary measures applied by governments of the world to regulate the automotive industry have been identified. A unified model for government regulation of the automotive industry has been elaborated. The presented model contains a set of measures for government support for the automotive industry depending on the life cycle stage (inception, growth, stabilisation, top position, stagnation, decline, crisis) of the automotive industry and the level (high, medium, low) of competitiveness of automotive enterprises.
The article examines the problem of intensive changes in education, in particular those related to the criteria for evaluating the quality of education and child development. This applies to all branches of education, both individually (pre-school, primary, higher, after-school, art), and in joint interaction with each other. The problem of significant updating of the diagnostic toolkit is identified, which will allow in the first stages of the child’s development to direct and align its development in the early stages of ontogenesis. The interdependence of the effectiveness of the toolkit, the psychophysiological features of the modern child, the awareness of his needs and the definition of modern educational tasks have also been determined. The method that allows you to direct and align the child’s development at the early stages of ontogenesis is demonstrated. The model of modern education needs balanced, thorough, theoretical and methodological foundations and analysis of constructive practical experience.
The relevance of the study is due to the significant changes in the content of education, in particular, art education; the need for a thorough study of modern methods of teaching and upbringing a child, analysis of the modern children’s needs, taking into account the psycho- physiological features of their development and periodization of the children's painting development. The aim of the article is to analyze the artistic images of modernism era artists and artistic images created by preschool children in the process of painting, to identify the common features, find out the analogies, describe manifestations and characteristics. Objectives: to analyze and characterize the phenomenon of free painting; compare the artistic images created by the modernism era artists and preschool children; consider the means of expression used by both groups of recipients, compare them, identify the common things, draw an analogy. The following research methods are used: comparison, which is the basis of such logical method as an analogy; comparison as a comparative-historical method that reveals the general and special features of the phenomena, different stages of development of the same phenomenon or different coexisting phenomena; analysis which helps to identify and compare levels of the development of the phenomenon under study, explore changes, identify trends. The method of formalization is also used, as it clarifies the content of thought by specifying its logical form.
The text of the scientific article provides a theoretical analysis of historical background and methodological aspects of art education from the 19th century to the events in Ukraine in 2022: copying method of teaching drawing, Philadelphia drawing system, theory of free drawing, geometric and biogenetic method of drawing, model of development of modern art education and methods of cultural conformity in the system of art education. The logical sequence of the implemented methods of fine arts, which reflected the economic and political mood of the country, is determined. One of the main vectors of development of modern art education is identified - the promotion of cultural values and national consciousness of the individual through the world of art. Art education should be based on an understanding of the value of the diversity of any culture, taking into account the principle of cultural conformity. The model of modern art education requires a balanced, thorough, theoretical and methodological principles and analysis of practical experience.
