Significant transformations in economic relations and increased competition have posed enterprises with extremely complex tasks in the field of corporate governance. Mainly it concerns the systems of corporate governance, in which the principles of vertical organization are losing relevance, and the effectiveness of management largely depends on the balance of interests of participants (stakeholders) who can actively influence the production and commercial policy of the enterprise to distribute its resources in their favor.The study aims to develop proposals to ensure the effective interaction of the enterprise with stakeholders, based on establishing an optimal balance of material (value) interests, allowing achieving a reduction of risks that threaten the development of the enterprise.Thus, it was proposed to determine the total value of the commercial results of the enterprise, taking into account the real contribution, which is provided by the relations with one or another stakeholder. A similar approach is implemented to determine the share of the value of the corresponding stakeholder, which is ensured by its relationship with this enterprise. In addition to the value of the enterprise itself, the proposed models explicitly determine the value benefits of stakeholders and disclose a list of the main controlling factors: the volumes of resources supplied and consumed by the parties, their relative values, the structure of resource flows, etc.As an example, using the developed recommendations, the circle of the most influential stakeholders of the Ukrainian enterprise – PJSC KhTP – was studied. This approach allows an industrial enterprise to rank stakeholders by value, to analyze the dynamics of the structure and parameters of material and financial resources flows of the enterprise and its stakeholders.

Macrophytes are one of the important indicators used in assessing the anthropic impact on aquatic ecosystems. The structure of macrophyte communities of two rivers were compared by species composition, dominant species and projective cover using statistical methods. It is shown that the influence of storm runoff on these rivers is manifested in the form of a change in the dominant species composition. Based on the statistical analysis carried out, it can be argued that, despite the peculiarities of the flora composition of each of the rivers, the influence of storm runoffs largely neutralizes this specificity, determining the situation in local areas immediately below the runoff. In the area of the effluent discharge the dominance of individual species and an increase in the area overgrown with macrophytes was observed. In the area of stormwater discharge on the Psel River, species were usually present: Nuphar lutea, Ceratophyllum demersum, Myriophyllum spicatum and on the Bystrica River—Glyceria maxima, Sagitaria sagittiformis, Stuckenia pectinata and Potamogeton crispus. The use of the NMDS method has been found to provide good insight into the structural rearrangements in macrophyte communities affected by runoff from stormwater systems.

It is shown that the repressive anti-corruption measures traditionally used to prevent the emergence and spread of corruption are ineffective due to a number of reasons. The main reason for the ineffectiveness of these measures is the failure to take into account the client’s motives when concluding a corruption agreement with a corrupt official. It was revealed that the direct cause of the emergence and spread of corruption is the inefficiency of the existing formal rules, which lead to an increase in the level of transaction costs of bureaucratic procedures and encourage the client to enter into a corruption agreement. As a result, the fight against corruption should be considered as an integral part of general institutional reforms. Achieving a noticeable reduction in the level of corruption in the country is possible due to the consistent implementation of reforms aimed at increasing the overall effectiveness of the current formal rules. The direct consequences of these reforms should be both the elimination of the incentives that prompt the client to enter into a corrupt deal, and the elimination of the official’s discretionary powers that enable him to provide corrupt services to his clients. It is shown that, under certain circumstances, the institutional reforms necessary for the country’s accession to the European integration processes can lead to an increase in the efficiency of the country’s institutional framework and have a positive impact on the dynamics of its level of corruption. Corresponding reforms can take place both by borrowing formal rules that have already managed to prove their effectiveness, and by increasing the effectiveness of existing non-borrowed formal rules. In both cases, a sustainable long-term reduction in the level of corruption in the country is possible only if positive dynamics of formal rules are ensured. It has been proven that in order to successfully reduce the level of corruption by increasing the efficiency of the institutional framework, the implantation of borrowed formal rules characterized by conditional inefficiency should occur only after the elimination of external factors of their inefficiency. The need to take into account the criteria for the expediency of reforming conditionally and unconditionally ineffective formal rules during the reformation of ineffective non-borrowed formal rules is substantiated.

Introduction. The article is devoted to the study of management and marketing aspects of the theoretical and methodological foundations of entrepreneurship in the context of globalization. Based on the study, it was emphasized that in times of crisis and adverse environment, to the greatest adaptation and survival in unstable conditions are able to enterprises with progressive innovative ideas. The aim of the study was to study of management and marketing aspects of the theoretical and methodological foundations of entrepreneurship in the context of globalization. Results. The necessity to study the paradigm of coevolutionary connections between innovation and entrepreneurship from the standpoint of transformation of economic theory is proved. The impulses of the emergence of the phenomenon of entrepreneurship in the world and in modern Ukraine, which served as an impetus for the development of entrepreneurship and led to changes in the traditional social paradigm of entrepreneurship in the scientific world. It is shown that evolutionary changes demonstrate the close dependence of effective business development on innovations, which are producers of positive changes in the business environment, the engine of transformation of routine or traditional entrepreneurship into innovative and cause increased competitiveness of enterprises. Emphasis is placed on the fact that in times of crisis and adverse external environment, enterprises with progressive innovative ideas are capable of the greatest adaptation and survival under unstable conditions. The fundamental differences between the traditional form of business and innovation are analyzed, on this basis the main imperatives of strategic management of innovation as a managed process are determined. Conclusions. The definition of innovative entrepreneurship is proposed, which means a creative, creative and always risky type of business in an unstable environment, which manifests itself as a complex logical process of expanded economic reproduction, which is carried out by a legal entity or individual and aimed at implementing innovative projects, innovative methods of organization. labor, production of a fundamentally new product, service, technology, and the result of such activities is to make a profit due to commercialization and the achievement of public utility. Management types that is based on an internal management is an external management; the concept of fluctuation and administrative monitoring is considered in organization. Maintenance of concept is investigational monitoring, fluctuation, the specific laws of functioning of органзізації are considered, namely: originality, social harmony, stability. It is noticed that for the increase of efficiency of the system of the administrative planning of organization, next to the standard monitoring and "analysis" of monitoring, it is necessary to use the system "monitoring-criterion", that will allow to the user, depending on the criteria, set by him get the set of administrative influences and choose most optimal from them. Marked, that monitoring of internal management is needed for the exposure of values(factors) of indexes, that represent the state organizations there are fluctuations of the analysable system in that.
