The article identifies that the main problem of distance online learning is the lack of interaction between teacher and student. The study was organized in three stages during 2020-2021. The methods of mathematical data processing and the software package for statistical analysis “Statistica” were used for the analysis of the obtained results and objective consideration of the dynamics of changes in the activity, cognitive and motivational components. The study showed the effectiveness of interactive methods in the distance learning system for the development of all components of the readiness of future primary school teachers to use pedagogical technologies. The author concluded that the most effective methods in the context of professional training of future primary school teachers and adaptation to the features of distance online learning are: microphone, unfinished sentences, brain storm, role play, case method, discussion, take a position, work in pairs, work in threes and small groups.
The article is devoted to the problem of language knowledge formation and speech skills of elementary classroom on Ukrainian language lessons. In the exercises proposed for this, the language assignments used as a means of forming and improving the structure of opinion of the elementary classroomand speech tasks which provide communication of the language and speech, speech and thinking are highlighted, constant training of students in statement thoughts. The authors adapted the local history material for the better perception of elementary classroomand used the texts of the regional character as a means of personal interest of the material being studied. The article proved expediency of active involvement of pupils to cognitive and speech activity as an important precondition for consolidation of their active life position, comprehension of the ideals good, beauty and love to the native land. In addition to the theoretical substantiation of the need to form elementary school linguistic and speech competence, the authors of the article cover the ways of developed complex tasks to exercises and results of conducted research. The authors suggest that quality of education process is greatly improved by fostering special creative environment. Conditions of creative environment are: 1) combined technology of content learning with integrated lesson materials to highlight cross-curriculum connections to achieve comprehensive results in elementary education; 2) deliberate assignment selection to develop basic academic competencies, critical thinking, individual interests and abilities to process and summarize information, and to spark and to maintain student interest in learning; 3) use of local history materials to study Ukrainian language to form intrinsic motivation, initiative and self-reliance in the education process; 4) innovative methods and techniques to encourage practical experiential learning rooted in local history. The authors argue that creative environment plays a significant role in activating of student creative potential. Research results may be used as input for further studies on the topic. The authors encourage future research in application of advanced methodologies and techniques for development of verbal and communication competencies while mastering Ukrainian language in elementary classroom. Aids and materials developed in this study may be used by elementary educators for developing integrated classroom curriculum and planning educational events for development of verbal, communication and local history competencies.
This study investigates the development of research skills in the course of higher education training programs for future elementary school teachers. The purpose of this article is to analyze the formation and development of the scientific and pedagogical outlook of higher education students by employing an innovative approach to traditional education. The article identifies the role of modern children’s books in the development of educational competencies by university students in the elementary education field.The authors suggest optimal methods for future teachers’ research competence development by using the material of modern children’s literature. The emphasis on the creative nature of teaching instruction and the application of learning technologies in the education process are outlined. The proposed design foundation for unconventional teaching methods is focused on generating interest in the content of the subject being taught, emphasizing creative approach to the learning exercise completion and ongoing pedagogical evaluation and research. These principles define the educational content and the teaching methods.The author underlines the importance of using the training method in the classroom for the independent assignments to activate the students’ creative potential and curiosity.The study shows how the training session in the works of modern children’s literature could contribute to the language quality and literary education improvements for future elementary school teachers.It is proposed in the article to design a system of training sessions to develop personal and professional competencies and skills required for the future elementary school teachers. The authors hope that the content of the article is of interest to all Ukrainian language students and educators of all levels from elementary to postgraduate education.
